Very nice!  I really like the birds.  Are they part of the render, or were they part of a separate background image?

  • SaphirewildSaphirewild Posts: 6,669

They are the crow cloud from the crying feilds it used to be on RDNA but now is in fantasy Attic freebies.

So yeah very much a part of the render wink

  • Nice banner!  Nice to see you putting those Gimp skills to work.  I promise I'll get another tutorial up soon.  Just wrapping a few things up that needed to be done this week since my contest ended so the judging could happen.  I haven't even opened Gimp in days.

  • SaphirewildSaphirewild Posts: 6,669

No problem KM!! I have been just clicking my way around GIMP as of late seeing all it has to offer and found the bluring tools and so did this one using the layers tutorial and went a few steps further and sought out blur for the background to this one

    Hey, Sapphire -

I like the fact that you are trying for an imperfect character.  Those are actually harder to do than perfect ones!

I like her face - it has an ethnic quality in her nose and eyes.  You're getting pretty good at morphs.

Thanks Dracorn for the nice comments.

I was going for an imperfect lady for sure we do not all have perfect bodies or faces.....so I wanted that to reflect in my character.

As to her being of ethnic background well she is a mixture of nationalities I think.
