yes worked for me and thank you and please clear up the TOS issues about saying it's a social survey with a hyphen for the space

  • Your teachers tried to hard to tell you to always read the instructions at the beginning of any test or form.

Tip for those of use who didn't notice the code and have already finished the survey: Right-click on the email link and open it in an "incognito window" (Chrome) or a "Private Window" (Firefox), then the survey doesn't know you've already done it and you can see the code at the top of the page.

Same problem to me. It works. Thanks!!!

The question to rank the social media platforms 1-9 is flawed. I don't use 8 of them, it wouldn't let me give a "9" to the eight I don't use. So the data collected is worthless.

Same. The few times I use any of those, I use DA and very, very reluctantly YT, there should have been an option to rank them as "Not interested" with an option for "Other, which?"

I use very little, I'm only signed up for two, and that's to keep up with family abroad and advertise my silversmithing. So I ranked them by "If I'm doing a google search, and it linked me to social media pages, which ones would I click on first, and which ones would I hate seeing so much that I add a boolean tag to exclude it entirely."

Good grief, I should have looked here long ago. Now I see what that mess was all about!

I read that there would be a coupon. Now I'm reading here that there was a code provided. Never saw that anywhere and I read it completely. Probably thought the "code" was a serial number for the survey or something like that.

It was the worst, most useless survey I've seen in a long time. It alleged it wanted our opinions. But it was essentially only surveying our use of social media.

I avoid all all social media sites unless a friend insists I see something, usually in Facebook. I stuffed a prepared list of my wishes and recommendations into a space on the last part of the survey, but since none of them had anything to do with social media, I doubt they'll even be read.

Total waste of my time, my interest in helping them with the site. I've been so irritated by things here in the last month or two, that I've just stayed away for the most part. The R site has been fantastic, anyway, so I'm spending bundles on mostly magical, ethereal items over there.

If I find the coupon, I'll re-think my attitude. But frankly, only if they provide a survey that relates to what we feel about this site, and what we would recommend, will I renew my devotion.

    That's all. Cheers.

I didn't see it either. I went back to look again and it just said, "You have already taken this survey"

    I didn't either. Sucks.

    +100 to ALL of that

I deleted the email after I completed the survey, because I also thought the code was a survey number.

Maybe Daz should be looking into why people like us are staying away from here, instead of being bothered about what everyone thinks about social media.

Several people have found it by going to the survey in incognito mode or whatever their browser's equivalent is.

You might also try asking customer service via a ticket.
