I don't have that one but it looks great, I'm going to add that to my wish list for sure. :)
Looks like the image got removed? I hope you post the link to it, I'd be interested in checking it out. :)
Here's Boyd wearing War Dog Remastered
I missed it, too. Post a link if you uploade to DA.
He looks great!
Oh, well. Guess I'll have to post the "DAZ Safe" version over at Deviant Art. I'll post the link here after I've uploaded it, a bit later today.
ETA: Here's the link to the image on DA: http://ladair.deviantart.com/art/Newlyweds-618511844
It took a while for the mods to remove the image from my gallery, but it's gone now. They took issue with the placement of the man's hand. Apparently caressing her mammary gland was too sexual for DAZ. (Tidbit of info now stored away for future reference.)
That's a lovely image - a very tender and intimate moment. Nicely done! I'd have loved to see some lighting coming from the room (maybe candle light placed around the bed) instead of the headlamp light. But it's still a beautiful image. Well done! :D
Thank you. That is exactly the mood I was going for.
All the lights in the set were on, using emissives, except for the two larger lamps where I used spotlights instead. Eight of them, because each lamp had four globes. I only used the headlamp as a fill light, with intensity set to 0.05. Without it you couldn't see much of anything from the camera view. I spent days trying to get the lighting right. I may try again with a different camera angle, something that let's me have candles on the night stands. Maybe I'll try using The Philosopher's Epic Tools Godray at some point, too.
Done for the Day
Genesis 3 Male with various morphs. I was just playing with some new and some old things I bought.
Wow, that's fantastic. I can really see all the work you put into making it great.
This thread for non photo stuff?
Thanks Barbult and Knittingmommy. =-)
I like him! What a great smile! Is that Lee?
It's actually 'Kim' from http://www.daz3d.com/ethnics-for-genesis-2-male-s
Added Laugh Lines from http://www.daz3d.com/aging-morphs-2-for-genesis-2-male-s-m6-hd
Cody Hair, eyebrows from Skin Builder and plonked on, eyes from http://www.daz3d.com/animeyes-for-a4-h4
That's neat, Will!
And back to Iray... experimenting with G3M. This is stuff from Genesis and G2M transferred to G3M. Works pretty well, though I only have the one G3M skin to work with.
PH Punk hair with UHT2, Painter's lights.
That is a refreshing change. Keep them coming!
Nice.
Can you tell me how you got the "dot effect", for lack of a better term, on this image? I love this. Its may be a little thick for my taste, but... I still LOVE it.
Brilliant!!
Oh, gosh, I love that one! Awesome job, very dynamic image!
Nice image, evilded777! He looks great.
Thanks... is it just me, or did he come out looking a little like a young Matthew McConaughey? I think its Leo's eyes that does it.
Hmm, I can sort of see it in the eyes. The chin is a little pointier. If it was a little more square, then, yeah, I think they could be almost brothers. I do love the sort of crinkly eye folds Leo has. By far, my favorite eyes on a figure yet.
+1![yes yes](http://www.daz3d.com/forums/plugins/ckeditor/js/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/thumbs_up.png)
Ditto. Though Ivan is right up there, too.
I haven't visited the forums much of late but as I'm here now, here are a couple of Michael 4 images. It's nice to see the gents getting a bit of attention.
Damn, this is perfect. The colors, the environment, the dynamics. His face expression. Very well done!
If you mean the over-all graininess, it's me overusing the "Sharpen" filter from Picasa. Using it a bit will give you an increase in sharpness (like making countours more prominent). Abusing it (pushing slider to 100%) will give you grain like in this picture. If you want you can try it out, Picasa is free.
Ah, I haven't managed to get Ivan, yet, but he's definitely interesting and I'll be getting his bundle at some point. Grittier characters like that are fun to work with.
