Played some more with it.
Two Pipe smokers and a disgruntled poker player, created the deck of cards, removed poke through and added smoke from pipes as well as modified the other smoke.
I'd think that you could model a single bar, cylinder, and just replicate or duplicate for the others.
you missed some pokethru on the dude on the left with his jacket bottom ;-)
and you should move the ducks hand down to the drink
then I would say its a wrap

try a volumetric fog in that scene ,. make it's bounding box cover the whole building so that the main cloud is inside,. if you adjust the density it should give you some smokey atmosphere,.
I also agree with Big H on the hand of the chickenman ,. maybe holding the bottle pouring a drink.

The smoke clouds in the picture are already volumetric clouds including the smoke from the two pipes. I will play with them some more to see hat i get.
Thanks for the suggestion for Chickenman, I was thinking of doing something with his hands as right now they look out of place.

Still need to figure out why the 3 drinks on the bar are glowing as they are duplicates of the others so they should iliminate the same. I wonder if it is the position of the lighting?
Primoval Fog is an option found underneath Clouds. Oops... just realized that this is part of "Advance Pack" from inagoni which is available from DAZ... see http://www.daz3d.com/advance-pack it is quite a handy add-on.

Just got to work on the glowing shot glasses on the bar.
Narrowed it down to the shader on the glass not the cylendar in side.
I played with the Volume cloud I had and got a better result than before and the smoke from the pipe smokers is ok I think.

render buckets keep sticking over the lanterns. not even up to millenium puppy fur yet
both render buckets still on the fur, letting it render over night, gotta get up in 6 hours.
all the banditos ecaped out the windows, sheriff headed out with a posse, buppy is all alone guarding the jail.
has nice beds for an ow jail.

Here is the assemble room for my final image. Note that the smoke objects have explode modifier and blur effect applied. I have also posted the mesh of the Yul Brynner style Quaker/Robot with a circuit board face.
