    My guess is: it's the sales tax that puts your total over $25, so without it, you're not reaching the treshold. (Ran into that issue myself when I moved states, and now I pay sales tax too.)

    How do I review a help request ticket?  All I can find is "Submit a request".  I already did that, I want to see if there's any progress!

    You should be able to see your open and closed requests on the following link (you have to be logged in Daz support website, which I think is using your Daz account):

    I reported it already because I ran into the same thing

    We got a response from Daz, and it was missing the notes for that section of the sale. It was just now fixed to add it in. What you should be getting is listed below:

    Gen 8 and 8.1 limit : (2) @ 70-% off
    Gen 3 limit: (3) @ 80-% off
    Gen 2 limit: (3 )@ 90-% off

Having both the outfit and the textures in my cart (along with a featured artist item) doesn't add the extra 30% discount. If I put another new release in the cart, the discount hits on everything but the Iray textures. I suppose I'll wait until later in the day to see if this gets fixed and just leave the items on my wishlist if not. Thanks, mods, for all your help!

    Can I now only search my Product Library by product name and not by PA name? I just wanted to see all the AprilYSH products I own, but even though I have tonnes of them, it doesn't show anything.

    Hi mods, I'm sorry if this has been mentioned already, but adding a gift card to the card seems to cancel out getting ANY tokens at all for the order. Am attaching the cart. I'm DAZ+, so I think I should get 1 token for Morph Master, no?

    Adding a Gift Card also cancels out the tokens I would receive for the normal items as @tsroemi mentioned above. I'm also DAZ+

    It's interesting, tokens seem to become reactivated once I include more items in my cart and thus cross the threshold to 20 dollars (plus gift card). Token count then normalizes it seems. Just fyi! 
    Edit: No, it's not quite back to normal, it seems the New Item that triggers the gift card discount isn't counted towards the tokens, if that makes sense. So I'm actually getting 2 tokens when I should be getting 3.

    "Ride to Battle" items only discount in cart with new release included, but this isn't in the text as a requriement.

    The phrasing of the 48 hours stock-up sale is a bit perplexing. Initially, I thought getting three new releases would lead to an extra 30% discount for an unlimited number of stock-up items, but it's not the case:

    Item alone:

    Item with 1 NR, an extra 10%:

    Item with 2 NR, still just an extra 10%:

    Item with 3 NR, still just an extra 10%:

    Then I added items from the sale itself and with two, I got the announced extra 20% discount:

    And with three, I got the announced extra 30% discount:

    But the fourth item I added didn't get any extra discount at all which goes againt the line saying 'an extra 10% off Stock-Up itemS':

    This 48h Store-Wide Stock-Up Sale. Now it`s behaving oddly... I have two new items and two items that are getting the bonus, but, if I add a third, it doesn`t work for it and only for it... And it doesn`t matter which item... It`s the same for any item (all I`ve tested are on the sale page, thus, qualifying).

    I got the same message in the Daz Studio New command (CTRL+N). That ad link also goes to an OOPS page.
