It is even better. If you have the Legacy UVs for Genesis 3: V4 by CaymanStudios, you can apply skins converted with N.G.S.Anagenessis 2
to Genesis 3 Female, as well. Below is an iray render of Genesis 3 Female with the shape of FWSA Quinn for Izabella 7 http://www.daz3d.com/fwsa-quinn-for-izabella-7
and the materials from MDD Crystalynn for V4.2 by Maddelirium converted with N.G.S.Anagenessis 2.
Using this on Genesis 3 female base, it created seams on the hands and shoulders...I selected Genesis 3 female, applied the textures, and then applied the 'genesis 3' N.G.S 2 setting, and after it all applied, it changed the UV map to V7. Is it supposed to do that?
I keep crashing on trying to render in 4.8 an image that works in 4.9. Is it unsuited to 4.8, please?
Crashing with one figure or more than one?
Did you try it to another machine?
Thanks D-Z. Only one machine. Two figures, one with, one without. (Can't show them here as unclothed experimenting). Daz even crashed trying to laod them once. Only the one computer has DS4.8. They render well on 4.9 computer, but I don't know if that is the computers or the versions of DS. Both computers newish and should have decent specs.
I have to check it again with 4.8 as I have told you. But I was sick. I will find the time to answer you! Don't worry, we'll find the solution!
You know, that V7 UV maps differ from Genesis 3 female ones, right.
It has been fixed after the update!

Thanks. I can wait. The interesting thing is that I can create a scene with two figures (no hair or anything else) add Anagenessis 2 to both, and it appears to apply. I save the resulting scene. Then I try to render and it crashes. I then find that if I reopen DS4.8 and then load the scene it crashes even then. All very odd.
Not urgent.
Hope you are feeling better soon.
Ludovich materials - http://www.daz3d.com/ludovich - on Genesis 3 male.
thanks for the update, Dimension-Z. :)

I just bought this product, tried looking for a readme before asking question.
Under the materials folder what are the HighKey options used for?
Thank you
First thank you a lot that purchased my product.
Tomorrow I will prepaired a manual as I have posted earlier in the thread.
Please can you show me with a screenshot your Anagenessis Shader Presets Folder Stucture, because I don't have such an option in my final product.
I have them, but I deleted them before released.
If so I have to speak with DAZ.
Thank you again
D-Z
Looks like it's diffrent when I install using DIM vs Connect:
Installing using Connect I get the Highkey Materials
When installing using The install Manger, I don't get folder to use the HighKey Materials.
Great product
It has been working fantastic on everything I tried until I this figure. Any suggestions on how to match the original closer?
Did you load Black Skin script?
If so, apply brightness high or increase glossy layered weight.
Let me know after you'll make these steps
This is my first try with Anagenessis II and I think it came out a tad too dark but trying to play around with it right now to see if I can get her skin to be a light mocha.

I really like the look of Last Gladiator for M4 and F4 - http://www.daz3d.com/last-gladiator-for-m4-and-f4
N.G.S.Anagenessis 2 makes him even look better.
Trying that now. How does this work with Skin blender?
Here is what I got after playing around a bit with Anagenessis II and Skin builder.
Thanks for the help
I originally used the Black Skin Script and Brightness High, this test I quadurupled the Glossy Layered Weight from 450 to 1,800. I can't see any difference.
Also, is there a way to retain the make up color?
I don't know, I tried it on 2 G3 characters, and each time, it was just... perfect, right after loading the script, no tweaks needed or anything. Whenever I try it on G2 chars (using G2 or V4 skins), I get something wrong. The G2 and G3 versions of the script really "feel" like 2 different products, to me :) . But anyway, I can still use it on the G2s, I just have various tweaks and tests to do.
So are the HighKey material supose to be here or not? and if yes what are they used for?
OK,
Becuase there was no reference to it, did not know what to use it for.
Thank you
Here is before and after of a texture I got in my library.
I'm finding many skins appear almost white. I've tried the different scripts and also the brightness one. They don't seem to darken the skin any. So far, I've had to change the Transmitted Color, the Base Color and lower the Glossy Specular. Adjusting the Translucency weight and color also helped. Glossy layered weight of 5 was just WAY too high as well. Once I was done with these adjustments, it looks great, but it's still somewhat difficult to do fine tuning.
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what, but I'm getting these gray/black splotches on most of my skins that looks like weird shadows. I make sure I don't have any surfaces selected when I run the scripts, but so far most of what I'm getting isn't looking very good :(

What and when was the update date? I downloaded and installed (NOT with DIM/connect, those mess up my installs, so its directly dled and installed) and I still have the V7 UV map being applied.
of course. that is why I was saying they were being changed.
Apparently manual download does not have those extra options either. I do not have them from the direct download from my account.
