...53° yesterday. Felt more like the first day of spring than the first day of winter.

Here the holiday songs songs usually go more like

"...I'm dreaming of a wet Christmas..."
"...Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain..."
"...Up on the rooftop splish splash splosh..."
"...wet socks drying by an open fire..."
    "...Slogging though a watery wonderland...

"...it's beginning to look a lot like more rain..."
",,,c'mon it's lovely weather for ducks of a feather like you..."

...about to head out for the day.

Green Bay and Pittsburgh haven't started yet. Big snows back there with nearly a foot in Milwaukee. Lambeau field is a mess so it should be a good old school "grind it out" game. Green Bay's playoff fate is totally in their hands so there's no distraction of what other teams are doing, and they can focus completely on the game at hand.

My favorite is the Grinch That Stole Christmas and Frosty The Snowman. I use to hate Christmas growing up cause they were always bad for me. Now I love them to death cause I have my kids that can enjoy. Needless to say, we spoil the hell out of the kids for Christmas cause we never got anything or very much. For example, we spent $1100 on each kids this year. One thing they can never say is they had a bad Christmas

...and Green Bay just scored a Touchdown. Looking pretty good so far. nice defencive series against Pittsburgh followed by an excellent scoring drive,

Thank god. Hopefully they can keep it up today, but without Rogers I think it,s gonna be a fight till the end.

Oh dear. Clay Matthews hurt his hand again. I remember watching his father when he was with Cleveland. Awesome player and the best they ever had. He is defiantly following in his fathers footsteps.

...well, turned out to be a crappy day. Packers lost because of a stupid fumble. Went to the karaoke joint and got stiffed for the songs I wanted to do (including one of Leela's special pieces`which usually rocks the house). All in all, a very lousy day I'd like to forget.

Given for how my life goes, par for the course.

    meh....

...wish i had some, so tasty.

...however, do have a bottle of potato wodka in the freezer and some OJ.

Tomorrow,, time to go out and get things for the holiday including a bottle of fine Porto, herring in wine sauce, some Brie, one of those tins of holiday cookies, and ingredients for a holiday stir fry (I never do "traditional" holiday dinners).
