There was a little snow shower that moved through.... It didn't amount to much, just dusted the street a little.

Same here, and it was really strange because the snow was coming down lightly while the sun was out. Now I've seen it sunny and raining at the same time, but this is the first time I've seen it sunny and snowing at the same time. Very weird.

    Wow frozen rainbow?

    Oh chocolate, easy

Sun is setting real quiet on the last day of summer, enough breeze to stir the trees and send the fat turtledoves that live next door flapping and scurrying their way home for the night :)

That's funny! Is that Darwin, from Content Paradise? Looks like him. Looks much better than the promo pics over there. I picked him up back in September on sale. I already had something for him that was free, so I had him in my wishlist for a while. Nice to see how good he can look rendered. CP doesn't do well with promo pics, do they? Thanks for the peek!

I thank you everyone who commented. Except for the Door render in my own thread I did get more feedback here than in any other thread. Yes I'm a needy person but then I'm one of those insecure types. Also I just play at what I do, I'm not out for perfect, its just nice to get a looks good every once in awhile. Oddly my Jade stuff does very well, other stuff not so much.

Count this as one more positive comment about your work. :)
I can't always think of something to say about good work. "Good job!" starts to sound hollow with repetition, even though I always mean it. :)

and tjohn I utterly love your renders, I just do not comment a lot on peoples renders
TY Wendy. :)I always look at every render. I too fall into that Never say enough good things to others trap... :red:

Example I installed those grenades and NEVER thought about who could just grab them...

I've had a question for a long time, but was uncomfortable asking...

    How is your name pronounced?
    Is it pronounced Jaid-err-ale?
    Or is it pronounced Jaid-rail?

Just curious, and I hate not knowing how to pronounce something.

    Dana

    Top one Jaid-err-ale

Thanks. It's nice to know. Even though I don't speak to anyone audibly here, it's still nice to know for myself.

    Dana

azo. didn't know there was a -err- in the middle.

Oh, I see the differences now. Well, I have Darwin. I supposed I'll try him out someday. I have two or three outfits for him, they were free at one time. That's why I finally picked him up when he went on sale. One is a black business suit, name Monkey Business. There is also a space suit, and a Kung Fu outfit. They all were free during that huge promotion a few years ago when they had animals and insects free. There was a lot in the promotion, and I grabbed it all. Some of it looks so-so, but some of the items are pretty good. Especially for free!

...even here things are going to deteriorate by this weekend with a high only in the mid 30s tomorrow and rain/snow mix tomorrow so winter trying to take another stab at us as well.

Just glad I'm not in the Midwest anymore.

Ache Index in the WC site extremely high today. I could have told them that. Elbow that has been acting up since I got caught in that bad weather the other week is really hurting seriously today and all other joints are aching as well.

Have another workshop today at he Worksoruce centre. There is a new type of evaluation they now offer which can help beeter one's chances at being hired and also is part of the OJT programme.

Anything that can help beat the "employment game" is good.

It's in the low 20s here now and sunny. Tomorrow they're saying hi 30s and partly cloudy. Sunday around 40 with a "few snow showers", but it's dropping back down to the mid 20s on Monday with a "potential for significant snow accumulation" and an expected snowfall of 4" to 8". Geeze, will it ever end???????

At this rate we're not going to thaw out until June or July. ~shakes head~

    next one isn't unti 5:51am.

    oh bother.

but it's better than another saturday alone. need to go into manhattan to have a social life.

need a car for a social life on Long Island, no one wants to have to pick me up and take me home.

I was just thinking the other day trying to figure out if we had passenger trains around here. I don't think we do. We have a couple bus stations but no train that I'm aware of

Yeah, we're expected to get 3" to 6" from that one on Monday. I hate the cold. I hate the winter. More each year.

...yes I have. We have the distinction of having both the smallest park in the world and one of largest urban forests in the nation (Forest Park up in the West hills).

Morning. Autumn's first dawn came and went with a little bit of pink and without fanfare except it is noticeably cooler than yesterday so far. A coal mine caught fire a couple of weeks ago, there is a hint of smoke haze on the skyline outside my window today :)

Got a text before that the town nearby or part of it is being evacuated. We're expecting heat and fires the next two weeks. Hoping the fires stay out of the suburbs this time around. Is real dry this year, getting toward drought again :)

Sounds like you had a nice dinner Misty.

Anybody familiar with pantyhose? Is the top of the pantyhose supposed to reach a woman's belly button? Or is the 17 chick's skirt cut low? Maybe I should look for another miniskirt. I haven't seen pantyhose where the hip and waist section are transparent like this. Just wondering.

Appologies to Zev0, DraagonStorm and Muscleman
