    Spartan= Plain ?
    can't recall anything else lol
if that is the case must be coming from Simon English humor as usual :)

Why ? it is Spartan soldier lol or I should remove his sandals and pants and let him run naked for the accuracy hahaha
The second set can be also Spartan King Leonidas I

it is not exactly historical reconstruction in 100% so everything is allowed

Spartan does seem to be the wrong word to use for this set ... :)

Maybe Spartan is a play on words; I'm thinking they're saying there a lot of items in this set.

Not sure how widespread the usage is ... but Spartan is used as a reference meaning 'plain' or 'lacking amenties', based on the conditions the troops lived and trained in. So, by this set not being spartan I am saying it's full of features - and therein lies the irony! :)

Well in this case Spartan would almost mean skimpy lol

then actually it would be correct, the first set is really " Skimpy Clothing " set lol
we are back to the beginning .. Skimpy is beautiful hahaha

I have said before that g2m needs more skimpy clothing. Men do not have to cover as much as women to be tos compliance so they need more skimpy wear than the females! I am loving the looks of this outfit.

Thanks Guys, I made a test with Octane plugin for DS for the unbiased rendering and using all the maps , if you go to render with Octane or Reality , make sure you plug the specular into the Specular color channel and the Glossy map into the strength of the Specular you can also use it as the roughness , specular ( RBG image) and glossy ( Gray scale Image ) maps should be set to gamma 1 and diffuse to 2.20

    bellow

    Wire
    Solid
    Normal and displacement
    and Octane render via DS

I think in the new DS beta you can actually do wireframe renders. Haven't checked it out yet but it will be cool for showing off wireframes with all the background junk.

That last image honey, REALISTIC as hell! DAYUM!

Thanks, I could render the wire in Octane but is is converted to triangles damn
I like to see wire frames so you know what you get and what is modeled and what are textures
in my case I try to add as much modeling details as possible and the rest of it bake in normal and displacement
I tried to make the clothing in HD but the rendering time was to long for me even on my new powerful machine
but way to cool good for stills but not for animation

and yes unbiased rendering is so good especially for this set, did not installed Reality yet for testing but one of my beta tester will do that for sure tomorrow , the textures are optimized for true HD lighting so I am confident that it will works too
