First: you don't have to register at Isuu to read it. You have to register to download it as a pdf (click on Share and then on the grey "download").
If you register at Isuu, you can stop the email flood: the profile button is at the upper right corner - a round button in grey with a grey smiling dot on a hump)

Thank you very much for this info! I'll just download PDFs from now on :)
And also MANY thanks for the way to stop the email/spam. They make the way to turn those off harder to find than the zoom function lol
I just thought I'd jump in and say that I just finally caught up with the last three issues and I really like how this magazine is developing. I meet a lot of young creators who want to get into animation and I've been recommending DAZ Studio as a great way to jump in. However, the official DAZ literature has always been a bit dry and lacking in both detail and pizazz, so the fact that DS Creative seems to be starting to fill that gap is a great development.

Great to see a new issue, but there seems to have been a problem with the formatting of page 25, with some of the images appearing on top of (and thereby blocking) part of the text.
OK so there are technical issues affecting DS Creative Issue 8, these are unfortunately at the magazines hosts www.Issuu.com and are beyond our control, the problem effects the URL (links) in the online version of the magazine, we encountered these problems to a lesser degree yesterday when setting the magazine up for publication, but after a bit of cursing we were able to create all the links, Unfortunately after a magazine update 2 hours ago the link creation system seems to be totally fried and we are unable to create the links.
Currently all we get are the following 2 error messages:
"Oops! We have problems getting data, please try again later."
"Oops! Having problems saving data. Retrying.. please wait, we should be back online shortly."
We will continue to try to get the magazine back up to 100% fully operational throughout today but as this is an Issuu fault and added to the fact that its the weekend it may take until tomorrow.
The magazine is still readable on Issuu and you can type a link in by hand or download a copy those features are not affected.

Problems with Issuu? What a surprise.
I'm sorry but I have never liked the Issuu website. It is incredibly clunky in its poor efforts to try to look sleek. The UI makes reading the magazine needlessly difficult. I've downloaded my copy as a PDF and I'm going to read it that way so I can actually enjoy the content rather than mess with the issues surrounding Issuu (pun intended).

Thanks for the latest issue - just one thing, there's a typo on Page 17 which might disappoint a few people (you're missing a "/dsc/" in there).
ETA: Ah, I was reading the mag and by the time I'd typed in the above I see it's already been reported!
Thank you!
There is a bit of text missing on page 15
I F YOU COULD ADD ONE NEW FEATURE TO DAZ STUDIO , WHAT WOULD IT BE ?
Better render engine. It really is my least favourite part. People can get some amazing

amazing what?
People can get some amazing results but I still feel something is missing from my own.
Lots of great art and thanks for the freebies, but I'll remember this issue for that Time Saver article! All this time and I never knew there was a hotkey/shortcut for Symmetry! :o :o The Posing Hands hint was always immensely helpful.
Stuff like this always makes DS Creative worth reading!
Thank you!

Gratz on Issue 08, good read!
Heres page 25 as it should appear, looks like something went wrong on the word wrapping.
Thank you and all contributors very much for another great issue!
Yea Phil is aware and he has been working on fixing it, but we still have some tech issues

Hooray! I'm looking forward to seeing the superhero/heroine entries. I wish I could have gotten one in, but I got sidetracked by annoying real life.

FYI - the Fundraiser link on page 31 does not seem to work in the PDF version. At least not for me.

I can't get page 17 freebie to download.

The requested URL /DSC_SR_LenoreG2F.zip was not found on this server.
Add /dsc/ before the DS_SR...
That worked
Thanks Kerya
People can get some amazing results but I still feel something is missing from my own.
;)
Silver, thank you for Lenore, got her and I'm very pleased :).
To the editors: try to get HiveWire to talk to you in the next issue. It could be interesting.
