pencil whipping started in wwii. dude on the bus told me.

Okay, had to look that up. I would think that would be a practice that goes back much further, but the phrase might have originated then.
It would seem likely that people have been signing documents without reading them for much longer than that.

I *literally* feel your guys pain on the motion thing.

I can't move my feet almost at all. the right foot toes flex a bit, the 3 toes on the left foot don't move at all. The busted left ankle has rendered my left foot into a kind of flesh prop.. it's there, it's alive, but it barely moves at all. From the ankles up both legs are in middlin' shape, I can cross my legs with some effort, and I can walk about a mile or so before things start to hurt and I need to sit.

My arms/fingers/hands/wrists/shoulders are STIFF, the fingertips are numb, but things work as well as they did 10 years ago so I'm pretty happy considering all the WORSE alternatives. Can't play guitar, but I have this uber-fancy micro music keyboard that's a semi-custom job I can use to perform music, so all is not lost!!

I'm probably good for 10 or so more years. With any luck. :-S

Lots lots more than ten years with a bit of luck *hopes* Am lucky I stayed active, altho I guess I might swap when the synaesthesia is raging

hmmm ... how does 'the romantic dragon' sound?

Sounds like somewhere you have to check your battleaxe at the door, and only washed loincloths allowed. X)

...I was always partial to the Snorking Ork (name of a tavern in an old FRP campaign form my college days). Definitely not a "dress up" sort of place.

Hmm... both sound a bit uppity to me. I often hung out in places called things a bit more colorful like, The Bloody Bucket, The Dripping Dagger, One Thumbs Place, The Black Unicorn, Gryphons Roost, you know FUN places were a guy can be a guy, toss a few ails down and a patron or two through a window if needed. :)

@KK Snorking Ork thats a darn cool one sounds just right...

Ok, I now own Vicky 6.

My Renderosity account is still active, so is my RDNA account, so I have swords and temples.

Someday I'll need a Mike to slaughter. And a Stephie, and I guess an Aiko.

I have Rons Blood brushes so messy gore in post shouldn't be an issue.

    What a bother!! :ahhh:

Your old content from DAZ 3D is still there under your old Email Address my Friend. If you knew that the Powers that be (Richard or DAZ_Ann or one like that) may be able to link you back to that account. Could not hurt to look into it.

I'm starting over fresh and minimal. Only buy what I need for a scene,, etc. etc.

If Vicky can't live in it, hide in it, or stick a sword in it - I don't want it!! :gulp:

Maybe your Austin dr can give you a referral to someone up there. Worth trying.

True. Thankfully, one good night of sleep has helped a lot - and hydrating, apparently 2-3 cups of water a day isn't enough to keep a trout healthy!

Up and somewhat awake though seriously contemplating returning to bed - but had an dream/idea for my story that I just have to get in Daz or I might forget

I'm a bit irritated that most of the 'running' poses in my library look like people going for a simple jog around the block. I could have sworn I had more 'mad dash for freedom' stuff but I'm not finding them now.

New sale out meant I finally broke down and bought Nano Suit for Genesis 2 - I'm not changing Sam's suit for this story but it will get updated when I'm done. I also bought the Mill Puppy so I can try to create that sweet little doggy I posted several pages back. I tried with Mill Dog and they just don't morph down to Small/Cute/Sweet little dogs.

And now begins the woe and pain! Re-downloading all my non-character stuff from Rendo and RDNA.

Just want DAZ characters this round, since I have V6 I just need M6, a Steph-alike, and an Aiko-alike and I'm good.

They only have to look good... DEAD! :vampire:

It does. Which was why it was everyones fave pub name. Supposed to have actually originally been called after the first landlady of the Pub.

Cute. Too exposed and well-lit, nowhere for Vicky to jump out of and STAB STAB STABBBBBBBBBB! :ahhh:

    M6 in da wishlist. Sigh.

Argh, Aiko 6 is $12 off! OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

*edit* Broke now. Got M6 for Vicky to mutilate, and the Dark Sisterhood G2 outfit because Vicky isn't ALWAYS naked.

It's just easier to wash blood off skin than out of clothing! :gulp:
