    Spuddy, three separate images and yet with material changes they all look completely different.  The first looks like a spaceship deck. The second looks like the deck of the spaceship but the alien spores have taken over.  The last is the alien crafts taking back what they gathered from the spaceship.  These are all so cool.

    Thank you NGartplay for your kind comment. The material for Torus and Sphere is a mirror. Then I played with bump and colored lights.

    spuddy - very beautiful variations, I like the second best.

    Electro-Elvis - very nice. The first is a bit like a space nebula, the second has strong high saturated colours and a high contrast, I like it very much and the third is again beautifully done with the coloured patterns.

    spuddy - another great set! Are you saying you have used image textures on everything? It worked really well.

    Spuddy - wow another awesome set, I like all. I also save my unfinished work, never trashed a file unless it crashed and I lost it complete.

    Hey Electro-Elvis, sorry, I was posting at the same time that you did and I did not see that you had posted.  The comments were about Spuddy's new ones.

    I just had a look at yours. I really like the swirled effect of number 2 and number 3 has a very intricate design.  Great use of color. It's amazing how everyone's work is so different.

    I really love this thread and seeing the art created.

    nothing added to this one... view postion lighting same as original file...added my own materials to outer sphere made it 79.6 transparent.own material to torus 100 reflection..54 diffusion ...camera FOV to 20 then drew the camera way back outisde the sphere

    adbc - the fist is a real abstract, looking great. The second is breathtaking, a mix of abstract and fantasy scene. I see myself looking out a tunnel or cave into the sea.

    Spuddy, you're going to think that I'm weird but your pink torus image has a mushroom cloud in it.  Pink seems maternal but the mushroom cloud is war...contrasts?  It's very pretty, well done.

    adbc, what Horo said exactly.  Fine work and beautiful renders.

    Electro-Elvis, like looking down into a vat of boiling, bubbling fire liquid.  Just looking at it makes me feel hot from the heat.  Great Job.

    mermaid - the first looks like houses on a hill and the second like a painting of flowers in an oval frame.

    Mermaid010, very cool how you got geometric shapes in your abstract.  I think that I see a green fairy in the inside of the torus up top.

    Spuddy: very nice brown renders. The pink one is also nice.

    Electro-Elvis: Very nice set of renders. The second one of the first three is wonderful! And the ring of fire was not what inspired me for my next one, though you would think so.

    Adbc: I like the psychedelic glass-like render. The other one is a portal to somewhere, it seems.

    Mermaid010: You created a blue jigsaw, very different from the round forms in the original! And in the coloured one I see a dove (or pigeon).

    My new one has a horizontal and a vertical infinite plane. The fire is a volumetric texture of the sphere.
