@sandmanmax, I think both renders are lovely and are of a 'series' feel.

Volume 1 fixes a translucency issue mentioned a page or two back.
Volume 3 fixes the reflections issue mentioned a few pages back.
Thanks for the confirmation they are okay!

I used Mossy Hollow for this image.

Looks great, Fishtales.

UltraScenery: River 2, Mossy Hollow 3

I'm no artist: This image is entirely due to DAZ Studio + talented PAs + [Make Art] button.
Stream 1 Oaks 1 Sycamore Scene
My second attempt at performing dark and mysterious rites with the Alienator Pro script and the first one fit to be seen in public by decent, respectable folk such as yourselves.
I first used Ultrascenery to generate a scene using Stream 1 and Oaks 1. I then used Alienator Pro to replace about half of the Oak trees with some Sycamores.
The scene took about 34 seconds to create with the Accelerator and a few moments to tweak with Alienator Pro.
Render time was about an hour using my tame MSI Nvidia 1080 GPU.
Cheers,
Alex.
There's a new tool in the store - HedgeMaker. It works well with UltraScenery. In can create a layer mask for use in UltraScenery, to block UltraScenery from generating instances in the location of the hedge. You can mask any or all layers in UltraScenery. In this scene, I masked the trees, grass tufts and long grass in the area where I created my hedge. I left the base grass alone, because I didn't want a bare ground under the hedge. A "hedge" is pretty loosely defined. It doesn't have to be bushes, or even plants. It can be any prop you want or any assortment of props. It can vary in width and can be dense or sparse. I created two hedges in this scene. One has lavender, daisies, and primulas. The other hedge has a few pebbles and dandelions along the edge of the road.

Wow... oustanding work. Impressive!
Thanks for the update. I didn't realise this product was designed to complement Ultrascenery. I've just bought Stonemason's latest so this is on my wish list for now but a purchase is definitely in the near future.
Cheers,
Alex.
I am pretty new to UltraScenery, I think the best jungle environment would be mossy hollow right?
And do you know if there is a sea ecology, like a coast / sea + seafoam / waves?
Have fun and experiment!
I used Coast 2, hid the water in the scene tab, and added Ocean Calm and Real Ocean Quiet Cove for the sea.

Thank you! It was a lot of fun.
Works perfect. Thank you very much @barbult
I was very pleased with the result of taking a camera UNDER the creek water and getting a scene like these. Ultrascenery - with an emphasis on ULTRA!
IKR! I tried using Iray Water Caustic Lilghts and didn't have any luck at an initial stab - need to start with a fresh scene, get the hang of it and revisit this scene.
I was going to mention Iray water caustics lights as an option. Your scene has the bokeh effect that resembles suspended water particles. The scene has great DOF and nice lighting; it just missing the caustics in my opinion.
The lights would be nice, but I simply love it now. It was a 'take my breath away' moment @Gogger.
Submitting to Daz very soon my Pacific Northwest sets. Here's something I put together with it.
That is beautiful!
Awesome!
wow...do the rock outcroppings come with it?
Gorgeous! I'll be out there for a few weeks soon. Can't wait to use this set to recreate the NW's beauty.
Nice! I will definitely buy that.
No, those are from one of Andrey Pestryakov's packs: https://www.daz3d.com/stones-hr-2
That is so superb it's almost beyond words.
Almost verbatum for what I was going to write when I saw this render. I cannot imagine how I could get along without Howie's tools. Bravo!
