It's a shame I don't have any digital photos of the ginger cat I had 2 cats ago. Ian would have liked to see him. He was born feral, but the kits were all captured and re-homed at 6 weeks old. His dad was a manx cat, so he only had a little short tail, and his was even funnier because his mum had sat on him wrong in the nest, so his was bent. He lived to be 21.

We had a black American Short-hair that was born without a tail. I named him "Bob". True story.

why is it when i chew gum it stays in my mouth but when i chew on a chicken sandwich it disappears?

Eww the thought of chewing a chicken sandwich in my mouth like gum and not swallowing would ensure it would NOT stay in my mouth but not get swallowed either!

...when will cities stop making the stupid decision to build light rail and streetcars? This morning there was a major wreck in downtown and all four LRT lines were brought to a halt for over an hour.

Meanwhile buses in the city centre were simply able to detour around the mess and continue running..

Yeah, no streetcars. While we're at it let's get rid of the cars too. If people were meant to ride we would have been born with wheels. I think floating carpets would be ideal. Floating carpets, not flying carpets because some damn drunk fool would fall off one at 5,000 feet.

...transporters. I'm Sure DARPA is already working on them.

Crikey, Boeing is patenting a limited type of force field, the navy's already testing ship based laser weapons, scientists at CERN are looking to create mini black holes as well as detect parallel universes, and I recently read where there is some sort of exotic propulsion system that bends the laws of physics which has actually been successfully tested.on a small scale.

...and there is a real Captain James Kirk who is in the US Navy and will be in command of the largest, most technologically advanced destroyer (USS Zumwalt) which will be commissioned sometime this year . Hails form Maryland instead of Iowa though.

I am trying to figure out if Abu was turned into a camel or just an elephant. I have not seen the movie in a long time.

Falling out of the sky is the normal thing for tons of metal, plastic, cloth and meat to do. Staying up there is a miracle.
