What is a group of peacocks?  Try sleeping (or studying) when they are outside your window! angry   My college in Florida had them on the campus for a few years.  Looks great in the brochure sent to the parents, very picturesque.  But the dorms backed up to the jungle where they lived.  One evening around exam time as a partitularly amorous fellow was calling incessently to his mate, a shot was heard then all was quiet. surprise  And if you think pidgeon poop is problematic...  Similar to geese, but geese don't perch in trees...

Birds... bah humbug, cute dinosaurs! frown

Eating pop corn and drinking ice coffee before I go to work in 15 minutes.   Yummy!

An ostentation of peacocks, or a muster of peacocks.

Sheep, like birds, gather in flocks.  But only some of them perch in trees, albeit precariously.

Morning. A mob of white gulls cresting like whitecaps in the upside down ocean of blue our sky turned into as the sun rose before :)

Let's hope mustering peacocks is easier on the heelers than mustering sheep :)

Yes I must admit that is what I would have done to the ones that were in the tree outside the hotel bedroom window the last time I went to Ireland.  I know we were guests of the management, but it was a rather posh hotel.

    ...that looks nice an comfy.

...when I first moved to New Orleans, I used to live just off the Loyola campus by Audubon Park where peacocks were allowed to roam freely.  Indeed they were a very noisy lot, and yes, pooped in great volume as well.

...brekkie this morning was Hotcakes smothered in butter and real Maple Syrup with sausages.  Probably the most industrious I ever get in the morning.

The winds and rain (as well as snow in the mountains) have abated for the time being.  Sky is blue as far as the eye can see and that bright glowy thing is out, Need to run a quick errand in a bit to get the rice I forgot to pick up last Friday for my stir fry.

I found an item in my content called Christmas for Something Wicked.  I am trying to figure out which outfit the textures it is for so I can know which gal will be wearing it.  I am not finding Christmas for Something Wicked in the store. I guess it was a tempory item.

Complaint:  My pharmacy is closing and I have to go through the hassle of telling my doctors to send prescriptions to a new pharmacy.  Unfortunately different drugstores have differing price schedules for various drugs.  That means I have to shop around trying to find which pharmacies have a reasonable price for my drugs and also accept my insurance company.  I'd been through all this bother when I first retired and started getting Medicare and found one drugstore that gave me the best price for all of my drugs.  Now it's closing and so far it looks as if I have to use two drugstores to get optimum low prices for my complete list.  But I still have a couple that are like 5 times the price I paid at the old drugstore and I still have to figure out how much my insurance company will pay and what my co-pay will be. Mumble grumble, drugstores, insurance companies, it's all a giant show of "Confuse-A-Cat". angry

Dreary day atmosphere music:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUBmw2jLBLo  turn the volume up for the beginning.  It's very soft.

Suite of themes from opera "Sadko" by Rimsky-Korsakov

In advertising, it used to be that they could call someting new in commercials for about six months!  Of course, if we look at movies...it seems about 20 years is good.  laugh  laugh  laugh

...I'd normally listen, but one of the channels of my headphones has totally pooped out. Can't get a new set until after the first of the month.
