I'm envious. We've had nothing but snow all day. It's about minus five outside (that's celcius, not fahrenheit) and as icy as my freezer. Suffice to say, I'm staying in where it's warm and cosy for the forseeable future.

You won't be envious in Summer - it breaks 105F (40C) routinely. :ahhh: :bug: :gulp:

There's no winning all the time with the weather unless you're migratory. :-S

Well, I tried flapping my arms really hard, but I guess I'm a flightless bird. Got some very odd looks in the supermarket though.

Sometimes I mispronounce words or say the wrong one. I sometimes say Sorry as Sow-ie. I had someone claim that was the way babies talk and we are adults. I know I pronounce words differently but I do not work on it.

I've never had luck with the flapping thing myself, but then, I'm a mythological fish so it's nut MUCH of a surprise...! :gulp:

Morning. Warm under a bright blue sky today and heading for a hot day :)

Hope you are in the area that it is eight am. I tried googling Australia time and got some eight thirty something am and also some five thirty some times.

Hope you drink enough water to keep you from getting dehydrated in the hotness of the day. I tend to get dehydrated as I do not always drink enough water.

My home has well water but I do not like the taste. I am picky about my water. No ice. I prefer room temperature water verses fridge temperature water. Some people think I am weird for not wanting ice in my drinks. I hate ice as they tend to get the drink too cold and/or too water downed.

There are several Time Zones here, I'm in the Eastern Standard Time one, West Australia is 3 hours behind I guess cs sunrise is in the East :)

I agree - room temperature water is much easier to digest (^_^)h... although having an ice cube in it can be nice if you've been outside (and "outside" is 100+degF, like today ~_~;). Most days I stick with "room temp" water too (clean and purified of course - bugs can live in warm water if you're not careful).

ETA: thanks for the check, Wooly (^_^)n.

I have been in and out of the kitchen to let them know I heard them talking about me. The ones talking are the house lady, and a lady who supervises many group homes.

I am working on a Yweeb project but I think everything is right for that stage of the project. I come back latter and it is messed up. I have been having to redo good chunk of stuff just to make sure they behave correctly.

I hope a suggestion is OK with you. :)
The Troll's right hand grip looks good. Considering his size, his left arm could be placed further back in order to make the Troll's weight look more evenly distributed. As far as the man is considered, unless he is already dead, if his hands were raised and griping the Troll's wrist or arm, it might add drama to the image. Just my $0.02 worth.

Complaint: I either have a stomach virus, or my vertigo is kicking up. Vomiting, dizziness and that other thing.
Feeling better now after a nice bath and putting on my pjs. I'll try sipping a Diet Coke in a little while, and if that goes well, I'll try taking my meds. Not that anyone enjoys it, but I hate being sick.

Diet Coke really isn't the sort of thing you should be having just before bed, and while feeling out of sorts... ($0.02c <(v_v)).</p>

Rum and hot milk maybe? ;-)

eta: actually, scratch that, the milk is likely to interfere with the absorption of your meds... just the rum then? ;-)

thanks for the tips, they are welcome,

its a work in progress, the Troll needs to look more balanced, and the dude needs a bit more fight in him.

Thanks, but rum is out because I'm diabetic.
Sipping a Diet Coke has always helped my stomach settle. Just enough to bring the gas off my tummy. Used to be regular Coke, but you know - diabetes. :)

Diet Coke staying down nicely. This has Splenda in it. I prefer that as it has no aftertaste.
I live out in the Boonies so a trip to the store is 23 miles round trip.
I like Ginger Ale, but prefer Sprite Zero. I've tried Coke Zero but it is aptly named.
Feeling much better. I'll take my most essential meds soon.

Rats! I forgot to pick up chocolate while at the grocery store today. I'll add it to my list for tomorrow: cat food, chocolate, sour cream.

I'm guessing the cat food is for the cat, and the other things are for you.:)
