Oooh and I can see the bright probably-full moon shining through the fog. Is actually kind of pretty.

Nope, waxing gibbous moon tonight. Waxing means growing, so it will be a full moon soon!

Usually it's the other way around... growing (hair) means waxing... ;-)

'twas brillig and the Slithy Tove
    gimballed neath a moon disputed
Silhouetting gnarly roots of trees uprooted
A Jabberwocky moon most likely suited
To the cruel hot wind, smoke polluted
    Blowing in my window undiluted

DanaWaxing moon is clearly the worst night possible to be a werewolf. No wonder they wait til it's a full moon! Could explain the howling though...

Kulay should be glad her room isn't a breeding ground for fleas ><</p>

I'm plagued by 'em, and funny thing is my room is the only one with them. Three other rooms have pets - a gerbil, another cat, and two dogs - but mine is the only one with fleas. We bombed it, they died out. A week later they came back. We called someone in and they sweeped the rooms, looked UNDER the house, and got rid of those (They said our house was among the most cleanest they had visited this month!) and again, they came back ><</p>

Heh, almost funny when I think about it ^_^

Fleas are adapted to whatever furry creature they cling on (the optimal length of legs vs. hair distance of creatures). Dog fleas don't do so well in cats, and vice versa.

Around here, it's the sand fleas that try to eat me alive. They are easy to get rid of but they infest the indoors before you know it.

There is 5 to 6 inches of party cloudy all over the yard... and its only 20F outside so its's not going to melt any time soon..

I do NOT want to shovel the walk and driveway.. good thing I don't have to drive to work, one advantage of being unemployed

I have thrown out all the shoes that were not originally mine. the house lady wants me to throw out zebra print shoes or something with zebra print. I have nothing with zebra print. I only have three pairs of shoes. A white tennie pair, a black tennie pair, and a blue flipflop pair.

I was not happy that the House lady made me throw out those shoes, but I did not do anything to fight against her. From what I understand, the shoes used to belong to another client. House lady had a hissy fit and threw some of the client's shoes and shirts away. I do not think the house lady had any right to do that.

Another thing that happened the other day, the house lady woke my roommate and I at three am to do a closet search. I am already suffering from insomnia so that was not good for me. Also what was she doing awake at three am and worrying about some missing articles of clothing of hers. She thinks I might be responsible for the missing clothes because some of my clothes was found in her hamper. The hamper is in front of the washer but behind the dryer. They must have dropped while I was putting the clothes from the washer into the dryer.

I do not steal from someone's clothes hamper. I know that someone wants them instead of nobody wants them. Also why would I leave some of my clothes into her hamper if I was trying to steal from her.

Yeah I took the shoes out of the garbage, but I thought once it is in the garbage, no one owns them. Also the shoes and shirts reminded me of all the stuff I lost when I moved to this state. I was evicted and I could not save everything. It was amazing I could get anything out of there.

I have no reason to take some clothes in a hamper that is not mine. I do not take stuff that is being used by someone else. House lady has asked twice to look in my car for lost items. WTF? She does not understand me at all. Also her logic seems screwed, specially the clothes in her hamper. Also she does not seem to understand why I took those shoes.

...your houselady sounds like a totally insecure person who wants to blame others for her shortcomings so she can feel she's in control. This does not seem to be a positive living environment, particularly as others have apparently have been talking about you behind your back.

If this house is administered and/or supported financially by a state, county, or city agency, I think you may have some grounds for issuing a formal dispute.

I'd be flipping outright out of my mind with anger if it was my kid

maybe, taking the shoes from the garbage was one of the hoarding symptoms?

The house lady probably isn't trained to deal with certain symptoms and situations.

Homemade chocolate cake is never pathetic. Homemade chocolate cake is yummy. My best friends Mum used to make homemade chocolate cake, with chocolate buttercream in the middle and chocolate icing that was really just melted chocolate, all spread over the top. That was triple yummy.
