Glad to see it arrive. G8M is really the figure that I use the least these days, but it's good to finally have FC for it as well.

I just bought the bundle, tried to fit a cloth from G3 on G8, a process where you could really need these morphs. I injected the morphs and: Nothing!
The morphs don't show up. Don't tell me the dress must be made for G8 for the morphs to be injected? I mean come on, I just spend 45$ so that I can tweak my old clothes on G8 and it doesn't even work?
EDIT: It doesn't even show anything for the G8 basic wear clothing that comes with Daz. So what gives here?
Edit2: I just realize other people had the same problems and they posted in February and since then nothing but silence? I'm going to ask for a refund.
I haven't had any problems. What, precisely, did you do to "inject" the morphs?

I fit G3 and even G2 clothes to my G8 character and then inject and use Fit Control 8 with them all the time. I haven't noticed any problems with it at all. If you're not seeing anything show up even on G8 stuff, I wonder if it's an install issue?
If it's specific to things like G3, are you autofitting the G3 clothing or are you just placing it and then trying to inject the morphs to 'fit' to size it?
And are you selecting the clothing and then trying to use Fit Control, or are you selecting Genesis 8 Female/Male and then using Fit Control. You have to select the character or it just doesn't work.
Same thing, here, at first.
I loaded the product while Daz was open and a scene was open. I then refreshed the Content Library so I could see Fit Control
No morphs appear, either using G8 figures with G3 clothing, or G8 with G8. Nothing nothing nothing.
Then I saved the scene, and cleared. Loaded a lone G8 figure. Put G8 clothing on him. Applied Fit Control. Worked perfectly. Did the same with G8 with G3 clothing. Worked perfectly.
Cleared, then loaded previous scene. Applied fit control. Worked perfectly. First time I've ever seen that happen.
Makes sense, once you know how Fit Control works.
It adds a bunch of hidden morphs to the base figure. Then it uses a script to transfer those morphs into the clothing and unhide them.
If you have a scene open with a figure in it when you install Fit Control, that figure will not have the new morphs, so the script has nothing to transfer.
When you start a new scene, or reopen a saved one, all figures are loaded from the source files, so they will have the new morphs, and Fit Control will work perfectly.
Where can i find a user manual for Fit Control? I've purchased them, and not seeing the controls for adjustments, etc.

cant get it to work :( when I run the script it does not say it adds it to the g8 model but no errors either , and if I try and run the remove script it says its not present on the model .
Load G8 Figure, Load clothing on, select the G8 Figure, now run the Fit Control - 01 Add Morphs To Item. The script will now open. Choose clothing to apply Fit Control to. The clothing will now have a Fit Control folder under the clothings actor structure.
Hi yes , I have done this without success I get the box to click in the clothing to apply fit morphs and I run this without issue but f I try and run the fit control 02 . remove morphs after - I get error no followers found with fit control morphs . so it seems it just does not apply for some reason
Do you get a pop up saying fit control has been transferred to item after hitting accept? Do the morphs populate on the clothing?
What is your version of studio you are running? The script will only work in versions higher than 4.9.4.122.

I have now tried and reinstalled everything still no success
Do this test. Create a new content folder, install a fresh genesis 8 in there, as well as fit control and a clothing item. Do manual downloads for all 3 (zip files) and place them in the new content folder. Now, unlink you Poser 10 content and only link the folder you made in the content library tab. Use Content library tab to execute the script. Let me know if that works. If it works, then something is messed up in your Poser 10 Library.
Well something was wonky ,regardless of what I did i would not work but also some other content was behaving in a strange way , missing morphs etc .. a reinstall of daz and all its content did not work , if anything it made it worse .. I finnaly had enough and made a complete reinstall of win 10 all drivers + daz and its content ... now that took a while but now all is working . thanks for your time :)

Hi guys there is a new update to V1.2. This fixes the remove items script to only show what is populated on the current figure. Before it would list all items on all figures you had multiple figures in scene with FIt Control applied. Also, the main script has been updated to be future proof for the upcoming Add-on package. Thanks, Zev0.I tested this without problems, using two identical G8F figures in the scene, and each fitted with Basic Wear. The updated Fit Control was applied to one G8F worked fine, other figure (without Fit Control) was unaffected.
WOW! 1000 times easier than the "wonderful" dforce feature.
Haven't figured out how to use on skirts yet (no biggie) although the morphs did apply. Also works great on one-piece bathing suits.
Some dials works on hair, too.

One little flaw I forgot to mention: The scripts don't work on all G8 characters, but there are workarounds.

Hi, I can't quite recall at this point but I know the character was called by another name by default although it was a G8 character. If I notice it happening again, I'll let you know.
On that note, does this work on Victoria 8 characters?
