    Been watching trailers for real bad movies. "Sharktopus", which is a movie about a half shark/half octopus monster that goes around eating people in the ocean, then eating people on the beach, then coming out of the water and just generally eating people. Over the top stupid, probably be a good six-pack movie. The "Sharknnado" about.. a tornado full of sharks. Definitely a WTF, who paid to have this made.. oh.. Syfy. Coes out this week and looks like a fun time if you're really stoned. And finally.. "Bonnie and Clyde vs. Dracula". Yes, this is a thing, and it actually looks amusing in a campy way,. Might chase it down for the weekend!

    None of these can beat "Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus", where the shark took out a coming in to land 747 stilll 1000s of feet in the air, and also bit a huge chunk of the Golden Gate Bridge out. GO GIANT SHARK, GO!

    ...here at St Maarten that shark would have a field day and barely need to break a sweat to chomp on a passing plane full of tasty goodies.

    ...think of it 200 - 250 tonnes of airplane only meters above the water and low enough to make people on the beach duck.

    ...same here. Nobody makes a "real" root beer these days because of the Sassafras Root ban.

    But they'll let us drink all the Fructose™ (or for diabetics, Aspartame™) we can which is actually worse than real sugar.

    I watch the beverages I buy and pay the extra price for those made with with real sugar or honey, or are just naturally sweet.

    Sassafras root extract is still used in commercial root beers...just not the safrole, which has proven to be a health hazard, taken over time.

    ...hmm, I thought I read somewhere were the actual use of the root bark itself was banned (because of the oil) which led to the rise of artificially flavoured Root Beers (even the venerable A & W brand).

    Complaint:

    i = 20
    loop do
    i -= 1
    print "#{i}"
    break if i <= 0<br /> end

    "Write this so it prints only odd numbers"

    Eeesh XD
    I decided to log back in on my account at Codecademy and hopped back into this, and remembered the much frustration I had with this problem ^^;

    Adding ' next if i % 2 == 1 ' before the 'Print' function solved it, but eeesh xD

    Attack of the Killer Tomatoes definitely one of my all-time fave B movies! Killer Klowns creeped me out, but I have a clown phobia so no surprise there.

    I swear, I'm gonna throw a pile of money on the credit card tomorrow, load up on beer and popcorn Friday, and do a B movie marathon this weekend! The worse, the better! (smirk)

    Complaints: BETWEEN posts, I got logged out! How freaking lame is that? Magneto blows, Cloudflare sucks dead armadillos, and there ARE STILL NO BLOODY STINKING EMOTES! (very angry face) Come on Daz, stop working on Vicky 13 and get your stinking Web presence working! (very angry face) And my coffee got cold while trying to post here! (upset cry face)

    Non-complaints: turns out I bought the Saxon village when it was on sale, so I have a place for the kilometer-long pike to wipe out, wheee! I also have the V4 Historical Armor, which is less impractical than other options for the shield-maiden. I have swords a-plenty as well, just need to see if I have an appropriate shield. I'm sure I bought a shield pack at one time.. just not sure from whom.

    1/2 an avocado bacon burger and coffee for brekkie, cold pizza and diet Dr. Pepper for lunch. Yum!

    Supposed to hit 103f today and 106f tomorrow. Argh! (melted loach face)

    *edit* Argh, all my shields are 2D images, I think I have some as part of an armor set.. research time*

    ...same here. Nobody makes a "real" root beer these days because of the Sassafras Root ban.

    But they'll let us drink all the Fructose™ (or for diabetics, Aspartame™) we can which is actually worse than real sugar.

    I watch the beverages I buy and pay the extra price for those made with with real sugar or honey, or are just naturally sweet.

    sassafras ban?

    oh mannnn. i haven't had a sasparilla soda in 20 years. was so good i still remember it.

    Mental note: gotta make some Iron Age Finnish buildings when I get to it.

    Oooh, that sounds cool! But quite a project, I imagine!

    Runny nose, wish it would run away and drip somewhere else today. That is my complaint.

    Definitely complaint-worthy. Get better soon! (coffee cup emote)

    Discovered I already own the perfect shield-maiden armor!

    Should work a treat! And I have a ton of nasty swords, so I'm in great shape! (big grin)

    I don't think it is that horribly huge, in a way (considering how I just got new tools for that), since the buildings were really simple back then.

    the emperor's palace needs a 24hr buffet table for his staff. can't run an empire or conquer planets on an empty stomach.

    Yeah - most of the medium and large companies I've worked at had a small cafeteria with 1-2 cooks, worked out well. Or a reliable roach coach.

    I walked the 2 block to the taco shack and got 2 tostadas - they're huge! One is now leftover for tomorrow so I dont have to go out when its around 100f.

    *edit* hot, stuffed, and sleepy. No meetings this afternoon, just some messing about with trying to reprogram a bunch of hardware. Must... stay.. awake... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
