    On the left Girl 7 that I converted to G8F and on the right The Girl 8.

    Now there is a huge difference and I am not to keen on those arms when posed, but, saying that, I think she is cute as can be and I am happy that I bought the pro bundle. 

    I do not want to offend anyone with this Image, it is just a fun Image to show how much The Girl 8 has changed from The Girl as we know her.:)

    I think the advancement it expressions are quite improved between gen 7and gen 8. So, yeah there is a significant improvement for me.

    Wow, that is a big difference and I can see what you mean. What do you get if you mix the new girl in with the G7 morph out of curiosity. I would think the combo would be nice looking

    Have to agree with Pet and a few of the others.  While The Girl 8 _is_ a nice bundle, her appearance is a bit TOO different from her iconic look.  I'm sure some enterprising PA will make an 'Iconic" Girl 8 character add-on, given her popularity......but she's a little TOO normal.....so normal she's not quite toon, but enough that she hits my 'uncanny valley' in her general appearance.

    Though I'm sure she'll dial-spin wonderfully as an addition to other models to 'toon' them up a little, I"m kind of on the fence with her.....though the free stuff with her is very tempting!

    I agree she's a big change from G7, but the various versions of The Girl have always been quite different for each generation IMO.

    Girl has always been more Jessica rabbit then real looking. Very iconic pinup in face. New girl has the generic Alyssa Milano skin and facial look the gen 8 women seem to have. And I was really hoping for a smooth kind of toony skin.

    Did just a quick play with adding a bit of 3DU's Page 8 and a few head and face morphs from DAZ Head morph pack and got close to Girl 7 but not enough to bother posting.  I have to say I like the new style as I feel I'll be able to push in to other looks and style with enough morph tweaks.

    I bought it and addons just for all the 3 generations of clothing including the ones in the bundle

    i thought if you buy more then 3 figure from the add ons and the girl 8 i thought id see a huge bundle diffrenjce one time i bought a bundle i think it was akio8 or something and all the add ons and got it all for almost the cost of the bundle it self

    So why does The Girl 8 load with regular eye size? I don't see any dials to change it either... is it only me o_O?

    Edit: yea... I reinstalled just "Girl 8" and it loads properly now. Not sure why I'm experiencing installations that don't work on the first  time =[.

    Eh-h-h, she a girl, but she's not THE Girl. Love her or hate her, The Girl had a certain iconic look, and that is all but gone now. I would use The Girl to add something to other characters, but now it's the other way around. If this version had been named anything else, would everyone be gushing so much?

    If users want a character that looks just like earlier versions....then use the earlier versions. I don't see the logic in recreating an exact lookalike for a new generation.

    What with the various older Legacy shapes products, the popularity with Generation-X2 and the recent (rather expensive) Lady7 for Lady 8 shapes the idea seems somewhat popular.

    the advancements from G3 to G8 are not that significant and yes, I am a big G8 user.

    I guess it's because I am a gene pool user meaning I never use any figure at default value and find the advantages of mixing more beneficial. I have quite a few characters from other generations transferred to newer ones for this very purpose. So being able to mix the different Aikos or different Girls to create a new hybrid character makes more sense to me that wanting an exact replica of what i already have from a previous generation.

    Anyhoo, looking at all the incentives you get from getting this pro bundle, I might actually have to break down and purchase my first pro bundle.

    I'm not disagreeing, I rather like Aiko 7 for instance, I think she's rather unique over 5 & 6. Just that it seems to be an expectation for some people.

    I bought Gurl8, but, conversly, it's first time in a while I have bought a new release and <b>not</b> gone for the Pro Bundle, I'm only buying her for mixing and I don't see much unique in the companion figures, dForce is overrated on my system, the hairs are so so, I can't be bothered to work out the discount gordian knot and I spent a bit on yesterdays Flash Sale..

    Kind of funny that the first couple promos say "Aiko" instead of "The Girl."

    Well, I actually have a *need* for Mabel (if she is who we are all expecting her to be), far more than I've ever "needed" the Girl, but this seems to be a nice iteration of her. I think, on the whole, I approve of the new face, although it was rather a surprise. But then, imho, The Girl never had even a remotely attractive face until Girl 6. Some of the PA characters for her were cute as all get out, but the base was nothing I could ever imagine using on its own. Actually this is all to the good if you are doing anything other than pinups. You can put several Girls in a scene and they won't all look like clones with different skins. Even without a lot of dial spinning. (Although frankly, I think dial spinning is fun.)

    The body is quite recognizably a 'Girl' body, although I see that the hands and feet are more dainty, while the legs seem curvier. The head also doesn't seem to be *quite* as disporportionably large. 

    And frankly with some of Vycktoria's add-ons, she looks more like Betty Boop than ever.

    You can add a lot more to the cart and get it for free. I have around 16 items from g8 , g3 and g2.  just trying to figure out how to get the final price under 60.00 is the confusing part. if I could just nudge the items to spread 1 to 5 cents between each gen. I could use the coupon and get 6.00 off.  so confusing. lol.

    Solomon, did you get the 20 percent off banner for buying g8 pro bundles? I think you need that 20 percent to get it down to at least 63.00.

    Hmmm .... I dont really like the Girl 8. She just looks like a female figure with enlarged head. I dont see anything unique ... 

    I do like hairs and fantasy outfit in Pro bundle. And the G2-3-8 clothing offer is pretty good. Decision, decision ... frown

    I got it down to $42.32 for the pro bundle...  PC+ and the banner for owning pro bundles plus 3 addons did the trick for me.

    I got the total for the pro bundle and 3 addons to 63.05. I think that is because of the 20 percent. that brought the pro bundle down to 42.32

    make sure to take advantage of all the free stuff though. too good a deal to not take it.
