gearing up this weekend for another go and soft cloth.

what i remember from the last go round.

collisions detections count from the posistion in the first frame.

and saving the skirt to the tray, saves the simulation with it.

hoping a really kewl simulation will bring new users, then daz mmight put more value into fixing up carrara X.

I haven't had much trouble with that.  I long ago gave up on DAZ Studio content in Carrara, and I don't feel like I'm missing much.

goin crazy fitting a square ocean and a square terrain into an oval space station.

space station needs the proper inertial dampeners for the carrara big city

is office buildings in space the scariest?

sometimes i think my dayjob is purgatory and i just don't realize i'm already dead.

    Tesseract

In geometry, the tesseract is the four-dimensional analogue of the cube; the tesseract is to the cube as the cube is to the square. Just as the surface of the cube consists of six square faces, the hypersurface of the tesseract consists of eight cubical cells. The tesseract is one of the six convex regular 4-polytopes. The tesseract is also called an eight-cell, C₈, (regular) octachoron, octahedroid, cubic prism, and tetracube

In elementary geometry, a polytope is a geometric object with "flat" sides.

The Radical Isotopes are elemental isotopes that usually are unable to exist in our reality, since they have a negative mass, which breaks every law of physics known to the sentient races of the universe. However, they originate from the Spirit of the Abyss's Pocket Universe and could be of help in defeating it.

all these things I grew up associating with other things everyone now associates with stuff like the MCU.

I read many Scifi books with dimensional travel based on tesseracts.

just one of so many things where I am in a different page to everyone else...

That's cool! I don't know what I was reading - I only looked at the pictures! wink

Edit: Exception being technical manuals and instruction books/booklets. I've always loved those!

I wonder if that's why I like the behind the scenes documentaries as much if not more than the original films they belong to?

when I was a wee kid I used to read Casper comics and IronMan comics and books with hard back covers of VTTBOTS and Robin Hood as well as the encylopedia brittanica. I was around 8 or 9 years old then, TV was hardly ever on and my family were all bookworms. frown

well, you probably won't believe me ... but

bushfires are still happening but not in my area and not as bad as what they were... we've also had dust storms rolling in from out west mixed in with the smoke which is still around and this week/weekend we are in for torrential rain with flood warnings..
other than that it's been snowing in Tasmania!

around 28c here and overcast waiting for the deluge to happen.

can't build an ark all the trees are burnt down!
