where are our birthdays friends today?

    Probably out celebrating. :coolsmirk:

I think Kulay was going to her Mum's today.

No I spend the day with my mum tomorrow. I was not on the computer, as I went out to eat with a friend.
At my age, that counts as close enough, memory is still operating, somewhat.
    Your birthday is tomorrow, then?
A Very Merry Un-Birthday to you today!

complaint: tdlmake.exe makes my CPU run hot. 47.7 celcius? wow. I'm glad I bought a 92 millimeter case fan.

Ouch. Mine doesn't go above 32C even on heavy load for long periods of time. I just did a 51hr render with 10 of my 12 cores maxed out and didn't get above 31C. I have liquid cooling it stays pretty steady. My wife has regular cooling on hers and I've seen hers get up to 49C on heavy loads

Why do I remember the times I trip while walking up the stairs but do not pay much attention to the times that I walked smoothly up the stairs?

It's supposed to start raining tonight and continue through the day tomorrow. I guess I'll be in the house rendering all day tomorrow.

You memories are keeping you safe, like remembering not to drink something too hot because when you did it burned :)

I am mindlessly downloading stuff from the product library. I have the filter set to be dim::false but paying no attention to what I am downloading.

Does the new coupon for $6 for make it rain work with anything, or only DAZ originals? Does anyone here know?

I wondered about this too. I'm not real good with math, but...

I would venture to say that maybe the $50 is the non-PC price. Still...the math seems suspect. I'm sure there's an explanation.

Our pack is in the flash sale for 70% off taking it to 14.99 and then the additional $6 is taking it down to $8. of that I only get 50%. So I'm making $4 on a $50 pack

Damn I never even looked in the flash sale though I have your pack already there might have been other stuff.
I bought something not discounted that never gets to be to my knowledge, an old M2 PA item.

Must be having an effect on the store...free item doesn't show in cart...also doesn't show as free. Add another item to cart...still says there nothing in the cart. I give up! I'm going to bed in a few.

...as usual clouds have to show up at the most inopportune time,15 minutes before totality when the red colour is the most pronounced.

For a while though was looking pretty eerie just seeing that darkened sphere hanging in the sky with a brilliant Mars nearby.

The "Pacific Northwet" is definitely not the place to live when you have a lifelong interest in astronomy.
