Yes, I saw something about those a few years ago.  I'd rather wait for hover cars.  Just think...no more brakes, tires, tie rods, struts, steering racks.  No worries about all the potholes in the road!  Of course, I could never afford one, anyway.

I fell on a pod thing that fell from a tree.  Bad news, I scraped my knee.  Good news 1, I didn't spill my Starbucks cup of coffee.  Good news 2, I got a new fashionable hole in my pants,

You fell so hard your pants became detached? How big was this pod?...
Did it try to make a copy of you?
This same thing haappened to Donald Sutherland in 1978 after he fell asleep underneath a dock and woke up playing a pickpocket who robbed an old timey train and had a son name Kiefer.
    Do you feel poddy?
If you are not sure if you've become podified, check for the following symptoms: A desire to podify others, knee injuries, roots, a high pitched scream and the desire to point at people who aren't podifided, have started budding little Kiefers, have pod breath, are growing AirPods, sprouting EyePods, and have pet dogs with human heads.
If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, welcome to the exciting world of podification!
As a Pod Person you'll begin to experience the many great new features of podification and belonging to a hive mind, such as belonging to a hive mind and photosynthesis.
If you are not fully satisfied with being a pod person, please wait a couple of hours for your human memories to fade and full podification to take effect.
If you have not been podified, please call our toll free number: 1 800 POD-BUTT and our field technician will visit you immediately.

Or the walrus with the hat, I'm sure he'd buy one too.
But seriously if the are five you should look at the tags on the bottom to see which one belongs to the top one.
When you get them they usually come in sets of five with the blue one being the free one.
They are easy to render, even on an old computer, but like MrSnuffles356 said in his post, you need to make sure which version you downloaded or the same thing will happen.

    Hopefully not as bad though.

There was no post I was responding to in my previous post...

DanaTA said KK's post without a quote confused him, so I could resist confusing people too.

"National Confuse A Friend Day"... that should be be one of those made up "world days" or "national days"... like "National hug an otter day" or "Grandparent's day"...

Too much naked mole rat nudity...

I thought the TOS forbade nipple bearing imagery?

That's at least five nipples there...

I don't know why that was the first thing I noticed...

    or why I keep looking...

Is Misty part gecko?... how is she sticking to that wall?... Does she do that voluntarily because her dish is nailed to the wall or is she glued there?

actually the picture is sideways.  Both Misty and her bowl are on the ground.

Is it just me or does rendering and playing a graphic intense game on my computer at the same time on the same machine a bad idea?

Thats impossible... if the picture was sideways, then when I turn my iPad to portrait mode, why doesn't the image fall out?

You glued the poor cat to the wall and now you are having gluer's remorse.

As far as playing a graphic intense game while rendering, its kinda dangerous... the 1908 Tunguska Event https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tunguska_event  which has commonly been attributed to a shallow entry meteor air burst which created a 12 megaton explosion, was recently discovered to have been caused by a rudimentary computer (potato based) that exploded because the user attempted to engage in two graphically intense tasks at once... granted potato based computers with their unstable uranium cores are no longer a thing, technically there is no reason for your computer not to explode if you push it too hard or use a cheap knockoff plutonium based back up battery purchased from Amazon.

If this guy was an actor and I could have him play any character, I would choose Loki!

I finally picked up the prints I ordered from Walgreens.  I ordered them on October 14, 2022 and picked them up on October 23, 2022.  Actually one of the prints was of this model I downloaded from the internet.  I hope he has a great day today!

I never met him but I took some pictures off the internet of him.

    First of all...

    Re: Arm

Thank you for the replies to my last post about my arm. It's much better. Although, to be honest, I wouldn't go to my Doctor about it. Forget patients, I wouldn't let her open a tin of sardines. :/

    Secondly... Arrrrrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhhoooooooooowwwwwwwwww! My stomach!

My parcel couldn't be delievered?! It would help if you actually knocked on the door. I'm 3 meters away from the damn thing! I would've heard you. As for the picture. It's black. It's not proof that the driver was here. It could've been taken anywhere!

I've packed up my 3D Printer. I'm going to try and sell it off on Tuesday. I've run out patience with it, and I need the space... Plus, teething kitten. I'll be happy to get £5 at for it. I just want it out of my sight.

As for GamePrint. I used them once. I paid for the model to be fixed, but I never received an .stl back. I'm not surprised they're discontinuing the plug-in. There's probably more money to be made from printing and selling starships

I'm watching a Christmas episode of a comedy called "The Royle Family". Christmas in the 90's. Just thinking of all of the decorations that my parents put up. It was so OTT. But it was great.

I wish I could afford your 3D printer.

  • I had thoughts about getting into 3D printingcool, but the more I looked into it, the more I began to think that it was another black hole into which one throws moneysurprise.  Consumable materials, of varying grades, types, strengths, limits on the build area, and another long learning curve and experimentation for three years until you can feel confident about a projectfrown.

So, I saved several thousand dollars and just closed the catalog.indecision

I think I want to go to sleep soon.  I had a busy day and I am tired.

I did a survey at an opinion place at my favorite mall.  They gave me $3 for a perfume study and a free backpack on wheels.

I went to my favorite dollar tree and got a night light so my room won't be completely dark if I wake up before 7am.  (Usually to use the restroom!)

...the Safeway where I shop at does the same with cheesecake. Totally decadent.

I've been trying to re-render a shot for several days, and I kept running into weird roadblocks. It would take upwards of half an hour to even start rendering, then my C: drive would mysteriously fill up, causing the rendering to lock up, so I'd have to force-quit and try again. After resorting to some fairly drastic measures, I'm so angry about what the problem turned out to be: a single subdivision modifier.

  • Ooh, pretty!yes  But that much cheescake purchased to be eaten by one person is the definition of decadence itself, regardless of its appearance.cheekydevil  Not to mention expensive $$$surprise

If I got that I probably will share it with my housemates or at least someone else.  I tend to share my food when I have "too much"

My approach to cheesecake consumption is to only eat somewhat less than one cubic inch at a time.... over and over and over. and over .. until it's gone.blush

I made some mice out of pine cones, felt, pipe cleaners, googly eyes and fish line.  I put them all together with hot glue gun.

    I guess inspired by McGyver?
