Morning. Finger numbing cool so far today but on the upside eggshell blue sky came along with the dawn like an old friend missed too long :)

    ...the opposite here..

Felt like a piece of bacon in a skillet during my trip to the market (ran out of bagels for brekkie and the natural food market down the street charges almost as much for one single bagel as the other market does for a pack of 6, plus most of theirs have weird "Euell Gibbons like" stuff in them and are often as hard as a rock) .Part of the walk (not about to ride my bike in this heat) involves crossing a over wide motorway and railway tracks that paralell it on a long bridge with no shade whatsoever.  At least the market as it was air conditioned, so I took my good nature time shopping to prolong the stay before going back out into the easy bake oven for the walk home.  Going to be about the same tomorrow..

Never thought I'd consider the 80s to be comfortable weather.

Going to wait until the sun goes down to make dinner tonight.  No rendering for the next six days either. Crikey I'll have such a backlog I'll need a couple Titan-Xs just to get it all done.

    103?!?!?!?!?!?!?! ZOMG! surprise

I've been really busy with my website!  And with real life stuff.  I'm expected to attend a cookout later on, a friend of Diane's sister is throwing it.  Travel in the general direction of Newport, RI, on a Friday night.  Fun.

Something weird is going on. My internet on my tablet seems to be working.  I am not connected to WiFi right now.  Or is this my imagination?

eta oh meant to say it has got difficult for me to post on the move cos of all the clicks involved with the logout/log back in stuff, too hard in the back of most taxis but I'm looking to upgrade one of the wearables with a HTML5 parser so I can blink instead, maybe a couple of months for that. Iz not for want of trying to post LOL

What goes "blip boop blip boop blip boop"?

    Pong solitaire.

Brickout used to be the single player pong, dunno if it even exists any more :)

...I used to remember playing that back in the late 70s.  Monochrome screen with transparent coloured bands on it over each two rows of "bricks" and a blue one over the ware where the "paddle" was.

    Was pretty good at it.

...was 101° today.  Upper 90s tomorrow then finally a slow cool down back into the low 80s. Looks like another bout of scorching temperatures by mid month.though. Ended up making a very simple dinner tonight.

About time for Wodka and Cranberry in a big glass.

Thanks!  There's not a lot there yet.  Just added a new freebie for Dawn (Poser only) and a marketplace outfit for Miki 4 (also Poser only).  Hoping things will pick up.  Been adding a lot of pages and functionality to the site.  Got a couple of testers in the past couple of weeks, and a new vendor (who put up the two new items).  Not a lot there yet, so I don't want to go blasting it everywhere...people will say, "That's all?"  and go away.  My items, Just Ducky for Mil Baby 3 and Easter Parade for Mil Baby 3 are up there.  Easter Parade was offered as a prize for the Freebie Challenge a couple years back.  (Oh, that sounds depressing.  A couple of years?  That's my complaint.)  But I'm trying to keep hope that it will work out for me.

Hehe not really, you select from a short list, the phone part takes care of the actual operation, imagine a list of ops you scroll across, resting gaze on one of them for a while triggers the whatever, a long blink escapes the list. What is sometimes an issue is I'm not good at subvocalizing to the mic so ppll think I'm mumbling something to them, has led to some interesting convos with complete strangers Guess the biggest issue for me is I don't wear glasses so it all feels a bit awkward hanging off my nose :)

We've had some rain this year, well is all relative we get excited if it is more than a millimetre at a time, but not enough to make splooshing through puddles less exciting - still can't get enough of that :)
