My comment was in response to this post. I should have quoted it, I guess. Sorry for any misunderstanding!

Thanks. I saw the previous post, but I didn't make the connection. You would be missed; that's for sure.

Thank you! yes. Owen and Boyd are best friends and enjoy eachothers company so it would be tough to keep them apart for long.  =-)

Jeez... did you make those clothes? The tunic... the gauntlets... damn!

That looks really nice!  I love those clothes!  The background and the DOF are really nicely done, too.  :)

@mal3imagrery Nicely done! I love the gold tones and the motes and confetti in the   Image

Nice Image @SereneNight. I especially like Owen (of course!) You always have such vibrant colors.

This is Micheal 6 with the House mouse and the Songbird.

Nice image, @mal3Imagery! He really does look regal.

Your image was back one page @serenenight. Somehow I was on that page when I posted. After I submitted, I realized that there were more images that I had seen that were missing. That's when I noticed I was back one page.

Thanks KevinH! I like your mice clinging to your guy's legs.  Cute pose, and your guy is handsome! I also like the lights coming out of the book.

I wanted to try a seasonal picture. This was loosely based on Freedom From Want by Norman Rockwell.  If I find a better-looking turkey I will re-render. The turkey drives me nuts! I tried to sharpen it to give it some definition, but I don't know if it is an improvement. And Owen shaved before the picture was taken. Hah. He has such a baby face.

    Nice renders folks :)

Is it just me, or is daz underwear made with really cheap elastic?  Dr Bruce had to leave surgery early, because of a near calamity.

  • @Big_Al   You changed your name!  I like the image, especially when I blow it up and look at his eyes.  As for the underwear, nice things can happen with cheap elastic! ;)

@serenenight...thanks for your comments. The mouse between his legs was an accident. I intended to put him where the second mouse was. But when he loaded, he loaded into Mike's space. I started to move him away, but then I thought...I like him there, maybe peeking through the legs. I also thought it would be neat if I could wrap his little "arms" around the legs. I was hoping he would be big enough. I could have resized him, but there was no need.

And to the artist formerly known as butch,...I don't see the problem!

I think this does not violate the ToS.  But here's my new render.  Messing around with particles again in Blender.

    Bathe

Image removed, please post again cropping a bit higher.

@Knittingmommy  - Thanks!!  They say a change is as good as a holiday :)  I don't mind cheap elastic on others, just not on myself lol

@KevinH - Nope, you can't.  I did the lighting especially so you couldn't laugh

@mal3Imagery  - Love the black and white, really liked the gold one, too.  Probably exceptionally difficult to do, if not impossible, but is there any way of getting motion blur with the particles?

  • Thanks Serene!

Hi Butch there is a way to add motion blur to the particles. But it currently It doesn't work with meta-ball sadly. I can add in regular spheres in place of it for motion blur to work.  I can post the same image later with motion blur on the particles.

  • @Mal3Imagery  That's very nice.  Love the black and white.  The shiny wetness comes through very nicely and the whole image looks incredibly good!  :)

Here's re-render with motion blur on the water particles.  Looks pretty nice.

I see... or, then again, I don't see.

Just like the Phantom, here's Larry's carrying on the family tradition.
