Thanks! Also I made that washer and dryer! :D
Count me in for the Elijah crowd, fan of goth style since high school, so glad to have a full Pro Pack dedicated to it. Not to mention his slender attire...
Love this, Chanteur; great work on this one.
I really like that Tuxedo scene, it reminds me of some of the folk on my visits to the opera (and no I couldn't understand a word they were singing about...even when the opera was in English or German).
My latest guy is a mix of DarwinsMishap's Damen and Elijah.
@Chanteur-de-vent Great job! He looks great. :)
@zombietaggerung I think he forgot to take something off. :( Great image, though! :)
It's a great mix of the two- well done!
Mortal
Awesome! That came out great! :) Looks almost like Aion fan art.
@DarwinsMishap Thanks! :)
@mal3Imagery Nice!
Thanks, Darwin. I think I'm going to pair up Elijah and your Iain in my next render. They look like could be good friends. ;)
@diva & @knitting Thanks!
Commander
A new character. I'm not sure what to name him. I always have trouble naming my characters. o.O
If there's something about the character that reminds me of someone I know or have known, they get named after that person :D Consequently, some of the characters I create get deleted soon after naming lol
Really like your use of shadow, too.
This is something that mutated into a totally unrelated scene and it looks much better on a black background. No postwork apart from a crop and adding the signature.
@Butch I strangely feel like I'm looking through a keyhole at something I shouldn't be watching. Nicely done! :)
@Knittingmommy - close! It's through a door left ajar, actually
Mmmmmmmmmmmm
White Sands
Mal3Imagery your pictures are always so stunning - could you share some of your postwork tricks with us. Pretty please?
Knittingmommy requested this. Owen and Boyd competing in a sport. I find it rather challenging since I realized I didn't have much in the way of sporting equipment at least anything they might use... So I decided to make them arm wrestle. I made the pose from scratch, and went through quite a few permeations before I ended up with this one.
Nice! I like the flying chicken wing, too. Sorry, I don't know which is Owen and whcih is Boyd, but there seems to be something strange about the adams apple area of the blonde.
And, I think you did a spectacular job with it, too! Well done! :)
Boyd is the blonde. Owen is the pale guy. Yeah when the head bends the neck is messed up.
Hopefully gen 4 male has some improvements in the male neck region. I never liked the nape or the back of the neck either. I'll touch it up in photoshop and upload a corrected one in a few.
EDIT Okay, I fixed it. I think what was going on is the neckline of the shirt made the neck look really funky. IDK. Hopefully the corrected version above looks improved.
Yes, that looks better. I guess I've never bent the head that much without also bending the neck. I ususally use the Neck Pose Controls to bend the head and neck together.
I hadn't noticed until @Barbult pointed it out. The fix does look better. :)
Not to derail the thread further, but The problem appears, to be the adam's apple as Barbult originally surmised. Not the shirt. It is not eliminated by using pose controls. It is still there. The head and neck should bend nicely so that you can effectively rest your chin on your chest as you would when straining, leaning forward and bending your head, but it doesn't at least in Boyd's cae.
In this case, there is a point where the adam's apple cant seem to handle the bend and sticks out like a shelf in a weird way.I have not noticed this before, because up until now I mostly used storebought poses which tend to avoid extreme neck movement forward.
It is better to bend the head less or move it further so it is obscured by the jawline. The only thing I can think that might help would be to eliminate the adam's apple altogether, or provide a better morph, or allow it to be smoothed down.
I'd love a beautiful bends for the neck region. I've long thought geneis necks look very strange to me especially the back. Oh well, now that I'm aware of the issue, I'll watch out for the adam's apple region.
Man he looks so sexy in a suit :P Makes me melt. Lol :D
Sophisticated
I posted this image in my gallery a few days ago. I liked it, but I've like things before and have been disappointed in the results. But this one has proven to be my most liked picture to date. And for that I am grateful.
I saw this in the gallery! You did great, @KevinH! :)
This is my first time using Cross-Figure to a decent effect.
