No. It can only be sold as characters who require skins, and storefronts related to this market.
Hmm. This is the part I get confused with. In order for me to sell created skins it has to include a character. I have never created a character from scratch using other programs like blender or maya software. I bought the Genesis 3 Female Body , head Morphs and Shape Shift for Genesis 3 Female(s). So this products is not for me unless I want for personal use?
That is correct. I cannot allow license for sale outside it's intended design. That opens up a whole new can of worms that goes outside the MR license agreement.

Thanks for clarifing my questions. Yes it is understandable. I did not want to break rules in the MR license agreement. Cool product for creator's.
So from what I have read in the MR and some of the posts on this thread you can't sell skins by themselves but what about an add-on pack or expansion for more overlays, eye shapes, eyelashes, makeup etc...

Addons can be done but will need approval from me if sold here at Daz marketplace to avoid any clashes. EG what if I do an addon and another addon is released uses the same slots. It will get messy. There will need to be co-ordination. If sold elsewhere I have no real authority to govern quality control or dictate how it must be packaged.

Ah, that makes sense. more questions for you. Is there a limit to the number of items that could be made as an add-on. Say for example I was to make a new freckle set head and body could I give them something like a 4 digit number so I don't have to worry about them being overwritten by an add-on. Also, do the items have to be in numeric order can you skip to like the 4000 or something like that?
Try it. make a dummy icon with a high digit and see if it still loads in order. If so then it should work. Also add one in numerical order to see if the high number icon still loads after that. Just make dummy .png icons to test, you don't need linked textures for this.
I've installed this product on Win 10 Pro with DAZ Studio 4.9.3.166 64bit but whenever I open the Products -> Utilities -> Scripts -> Skin Builder, the entire computer crashes with a Kernel Panic (or something similar).
Did anyone else experience a similar issue?
How can this be fixed ?
Intuitive and very easy to use. Congrats Zev0. This is a very useful product! I'm a hard @ss when it comes to spending on scripts but I have to say that this one really feels worth the asking price!
What is it that you are trying to do with these settings? Your directions don't make sense to me.
I'm using Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. My text size, etc., is set to 100%, my display is set to 1280x800. The SB3 interface does not display correctly unless I increase the resolution to 1440 x900. Lowering the resolution of the screen (you say to change to a smaller resolution) would only make less of the SB3 interface display. Lowering the text size percentage would make everything display smaller. It would leave everything unreadable. That doesn't make sense either.
Can you not just set the SB3 interface to be scrollable?
That is a mistake in the last image...It was meant to say either set it so everything is smaller or it was meant to say to switch to higher resolution.
@Zev0, I know you put a lot of effort into this project and you'd probably like to be done with it forever. However, what you posted as a workaround for SB3 is what I had already posted in this thread; increasing the resolution of one's display causes the SB3 interface to display in its entirety. That also shrinks the text of the interface and of DAZ Studio itself. That's a workaround, not a fix, for those of us who have our resolution set differently for various reasons. We shouldn't have to resize our desktop (temporarily or not) to use your script and then deal with trying to read tiny text labels.
Do you have any plans to define your SB3 interface as scrollable or initiate some other fix to correct the issue? I'm not trying to be rude, I just want to know if I'm going to have to resize my desktop everytime I want to use SB3. Then my decision is whether I want to do that and strain to read the text or return SB3 and do without.
I did not say it was a fix, I said we found some settings that might help. And unfortunately we cannot add in a scrollbar. If you are having trouble using the product because of vision issues then I am sorry, you can return it.
Copy the contents inside the product folder to your library. EG copy People and Runtime and overwrite those folders inside your content library or whatever it is called. If they are copied to any other structure it will not work. EG some users place "My library" inside Content, basically making a duplicate content structure that Studio is not mapped to read. So browse to your content folder, copy the contents inside the product, and overwrite to yours. It will add the product to the relative folders inside your content structure. Just make sure people goes to people and textures go to textures.

First of all thanks!
For some reason it is always going to the "cloud" file for textures. that file has them. I have done as you instructed and all files are in their proper place but another set is in cloud.

Wait, you can't use it to sell skins?
I'm confused by what you mean by 'characters who require skins,' then...
I believe he means that it has to be sold as a complete character... morphs AND texture set... rather than simply as a skin only product.

Hi Guys. We found some settings that might help some users who are having script scale issues. For MAC users try this in your system preferences.
For PC users try this in your display settings.
We are also finalizing a new update that will fix the PDF viewing issue on Macs as well as some loading issues for those who install through connect.

Hi can you send us your Studio log file when that happens?
Hi Zev0,
There's not a trace in the DAZ log: All I see is the last entry before the crash and then after restarting the machine & DAZ the startup logs.
All I see is a blue screen with UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
Any idea?
best regards
Peter
Does this happen everytime you try and run the script?
So far... yes... (and only on the Skin Builder... others are all non-crashing).
i'll check after mem-test ad maybe a disk check and report back.

Rats. Well, good to know...
How do you manually install since the other install options didn't work completely?
Still cannot find mat files
Download zip file EG manual install and copy paste contents to your content library.
Copy the contents inside the product folder to your library. EG copy People and Runtime and overwrite those folders inside your content library or whatever it is called.
