I remember somewhere in the forums there was talk about some kind of non-trek office or conference room. Some people where saying it would be good for perhaps an admiral's office. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I tried looking in this forum, and can't find the posts about it. I also tried looking for it in the last forum, but I can't see the pictures, so I don't know what I'm looking for.

Has anyone seen (or made) a Levar Burton morph for M4? And which skin mat is closest to his skin colour?

(I have a request for a render of Geordi. I've got the TNG mats for Valiant and the VISOR, but those are the easy elements to find...)

Born in the Utopia Planitia colony, in the shadow of Starleet's shipyard, on Mars, some would say that Stellan Norstrom was destined to join Starfleet. And join Starfleet he did. "Norstrom will make a solid, if unspectacular, officer." was what his evaluation said upon graduation from Starfleet Academy. But, two events changed Starfleet's assessment of him.

The first event was the Battle of Wolf 359. During the battle, the ship that Norstrom was serving on, the U.S.S. Carthage, was heavily damaged by the Borg attack. Norstrom, then serving as a tactical officer, assumed command when all the senior staff was killed in the attack. Norstrom organized what remained of the engineering staff to contain an impending core breach. Thus, it allowed the Carthage to survive and start the rescue effort to recover the lifepods from the ships that suffered a worse fate than the Carthage.

The second event was the Dominion War. Norstrom was serving as First Officer of the U.S.S. Vancouver at the start of the war. When the Dominion/Cardassian forces pushed heavily into Federation territory, the Vancouver was trapped behind enemy lines and her captain, Laurel Sandberg, was killed in action. Norstrom assumed command and started a guerilla action against the Dominion forces in and around the Guernica Sector. During the ten month long time that the Vancouver was behind enemy lines, it was estimated that she destroyed thirty-eight Dominion ships and heavily damaged the Trion Shipyards. After rejoining the fleet after Dominion forces pulled back, Norstrom's captaincy of the Vancouver became official when he received a battlefield promotion.

After the war, Norstrom and the Vancouver went on to serve many years... Until the "Centine Incident". After which Norstrom accepted a forced retirement and moved back to Mars.

Years later, Norstrom was asked back by Starfleet to assume command of the U.S.S. Invictus.

I learned a few days ago that a woman I have worked with for years passed away after her second battle with breast cancer. She was only 55 years old. There are many women I know and in my family who have battled breast cancer, this is dedicated to them.

I know which one was being referred to, searching for the link ... it was available on one of the commercial websites in their free section.

Did find this: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/details.php?item_id=70847 which certainly has an office sometimes used in Scifi scenes lol ...

Born in historic old New York, Maria Santos would stare at the night sky and dream of one day exploring the stars. And like every other like-minded dreamer, she entered Starfleet Academy at her earliest opportunity.

After graduation, Santos found herself in a string of administrative positions. From student administrator at Starfleet Academy to postings aboard starbases to becoming an adjutant at Starfleet Command, the one-time would-be explorer moved up the chain of command without actually serving aboard a starship.

Santos became adjutant to Admiral Nelson Harriman, where after years of service, she was assigned the position of first officer aboard the U.S.S. Invictus. Harriman opposed the decision to bring Stellan Norstrom back into Starfleet to command the Invictus. As a condition of his agreement, it was decided that Harriman would name Norstrom's first officer. Harriman chose Santos to act as his eyes and ears in hopes of proving that he was right to oppose Norstrom's return to command.

Captain Laguna and some of her crew take a shuttle to check out a new planet, but get fired upon, and made to land due to damage. Here, Chief Engineer Walter "Doc" Varley is sitting down making repairs, Doctor Huld Ester is petting her tribble, and Captain Laguna is chatting with Second officer Cassy.....as well as watching Ensign Vanda.....who is taking care of the Cybermen who fired upon them, :D

It's a training course that will supposedly teach someone to create space battle type shots.

    Sincerely,
