    Greetings,

My newest request is way out of my norm, and in a moment you'll understand. I've been commissioned to do a political satire book cover. I have most of the necessary elements, but I need a model of the White House and the Washington Monument.

I have access to an obelisk that can be made to resemble the Washington Monument, but I can't find a White House model.

Now for the odd part. I need a model of testicles. Yes, testicles. Does anybody know where I can look for any of this?

    White House: http://www.9mbi.com/goods_page.php?id=255

...and M5 Pro's 'toast' has a pair that can be adjusted in a few different ways. You can hide the...crust, and...okay, this metaphor is failing me. ;)

[edit: Just to note, I'm not sure how _accurate_ the WH model is, but I recalled it from there a while ago...and it's shockingly cheap.]

Crap ... I keep forgetting to mention I work with DS3 and the generation 4 figures. I don't have or use M5. Sorry about that.

OK. I did not realize I could separate the individual parts ... lol.

I did, but I was hoping for a wider range of figures, especially k4 or L3. I have several v4 & m4 sets in my cart, however.

    Thanks.

Can anyone lead me to poses for toon gramps, other than the six that come with him?

I need a graduation cap and gown for v4/m4, usable in DS3. Anyone have any leads? I probably fudge the gown, but I definitely need the cap.

I am in need of a morphing cigarette, one that looks like a crumpled butt in an ash tray.

Anyone know where I can find one?

I need an ankle/shoe shield. Something I can parent to a character's foot that can act as a shield over a shoe's laces or straps so dynamic drapes don't go all ugly when they try to drape over them.

    Am I making sense?

I have these ... thanks. They cover the toes but not shoe laces.

I made a few cones it the meantime, but a shield bent over the ankle and top of foot, high enough to cover shoe laces would be better.

Looking for Daz/Poser friendly embroidery or quilting tools, like a hoop, fabric and needle. Any leads?

Ness repros, on the needlework page

A word of warning, this link won't work directly, but should work if you put it in the search field in google and go to the site from the link that comes up there.

    Hello, again :D

I'm looking for a custom made staff for M4 for a book cover I am working on. Description from the book:

Rowyn reached out to take the staff in both hands and turned it over looking at it from all sides. It was just a little taller than Rowyn himself. The shaft itself was made of some type of bone, darkened from age, but gleamed as if polished. About half way up it split and then came back together right before the top of the shaft. One part of the split was larger than the other and the opening made by the split made a perfect place for Rowyn to put his hand and hold the staff. At the top the bone had been carved in an intricate pattern and then above that was what Rowyn could only describe as a large claw, again what looked like actual bone. And then inside the claw was a round crystal, shimmering blue in color. Royal dragons have five claws on hand, 2-4 x's a man's size

This is his pose (from the greenman set - pose 27)

    Anyone available?

That' all the author gave me ... The description in the book. He did go on to say the dragons in their world have five claws.

    Any ideas stirring?

*eesh* I suck badly at this sort of modelling (>_<)... hopefully this'll inspire one of the better modelers to leap in and produce something... however, in the interests of having something concrete to talk about (haven't finished the 'thumb' bone yet - just wanted to get something up quickly)...</p>

... I suspect that if the "split" is "half way down" the bone, then your pose is going to require the hand to be lowered somewhat.

Any clue whether the staff can be swung offensively? does it need to look like it is weighted for swinging as well?

Should it taper to a point at the ground (as if snapped off, or shattered), or be made of something vaguely like a thigh/elbow bone?

Presumably it's light enough to be carried one-handedly... but the crystal (and claw) at the top would need some extra weight at the other end to balance it (I guess?).

Would the "carved in an intricate pattern" be something that's done on the surface of the bone, or an actual 3D all-the-way-through carving? (celtic knots etc I'm envisaging...).
