I think MortemVetus had a prop of a partially shattered, ivy-covered stone shaped after a heart.

At RDNA? If it's the one I'm thinking, I have it, but that won't suit this project. The author is looking for a heart with a jagged edge, broken in half.

There are a few various ones over at TurboSquid:

    http://www.turbosquid.com/Search/Index.cfm?keyword=broken+heart

Some, such as this one, are available in obj format which could be imported into DS or Poser.

I don't mind paying for stuff, but $42 for one heart prop that I need to import? That's a chunk to swallow, lol.

I'll look at the other options, though. I always forget about TS.

    Thanks.

well if you can find an image for a texture you could map it to a pair of flat cylinder primitives with opacity for two halves.

I actually only need one side of the split, but I was hoping for something with some 'body' to it, something the character can lean on. If the necklace was 'findable', then I could just dial-up the thickness and use it.

Would this do? It's two separate pieces.

I haven't UV mapped or made it Poser/DS friendly yet, but that won't take long if you like it.

Well, it was quick enough so I went ahead and finished it...

It's two separate props, 1 left side and 1 right side piece of heart. No textures, but UV mapped and templates included.

    Poser version available here
    DS 4.5+ version available here

    Wow! Thanks :D

    This will work perfectly :D

You're welcome! :) Great to hear it works!

It's not perfect and made rather quickly, but hopefully it does its job.

It's exactly what I was looking for :D

How do I ask the mod to this thread to combine this one with my other request thread? It's easier for me to keep track of things if I keep them in one thread, and I would have started with that one, but had no clue this was going to turn into a quest, lol.

A Mod is all ears, which thread did you want this merged in to?

I'm finding it odd, but I can't find a round castle walls anywhere. Any one have any leads?

This one has a round section on it (look at the last thumbnail)

    http://www.daz3d.com/medieval-promenade

More rounded walls here (although perhaps too many buttresses for your needs?):

    http://www.daz3d.com/dragonstone-fortress-perimeter-walls

There are a number of round towers here, that might work if you expanded them a little larger (and then retiled the wall to make the stone appear 'smaller'):

    http://www.daz3d.com/fantasy-castle-plus

There's always something like this, depending on how visible the "wall" actually needs to be:

    http://www.daz3d.com/shroom-castle

Historically, I _believe_ it might've been harder to place stone together to form smooth impenetrable rounded surfaces, than it was to just stack rectangular blocks atop each other to make the traditional "straight" wall... (I am not a historian - I'm sure others will correct me here <(^_^)).</p>

Failing those, what sort of "round walls" did you have in mind? ... rounded from ground to crenellation? or something that snakes back and forth like the Great Wall of China? ... if you can sketch an overhead view, and have some decent stone shaders already, I'm sure I can whip something up pretty quickly.

Or are you looking for a concentric castle like Castle Bellver in Palma?

See the rounded walls that support the buildings?

Also think of walls that surround a city...

I seem to recall seeing a freebie somewhere that removes the top portion of either v4 or m4's head, to expose the brain. Any one know what I'm talking about?

Looking for links to a fairly realistic looking water or wine 'skin' or bladder, medieval style. Any leads?

I am looking for a rather basic shaped spacecraft described like this:

"It has a spacecraft, boomerang shaped, on the ground in that flat plain in front of the hills, ... It’s night and the spacecraft emits a purple light that illuminates everything."

How fast could this be done?

Alien, or futuristic, or retro/Flash Gordon style? If it's the last, Renderosity has a flying wing plane that shouldn't be much trouble to convert into sonething suitably SF-ish. Or there's always the B-2 bomber...

I think I also got it at Renderosity... the Horten 229 night fighter looks pretty futuristic even in its WW2 textures. Give it a paint job and only Luftwaffe 1946 nuts (like me) will recognise it. ;-)

Both the Castle Creator ( http://www.daz3d.com/castle-creator ) and something I have labeled "DAZ Fantasy Castle" from long ago (I can't find the product, there's another with a similar name that appears different) include wall sections. It would be very simple to build a curved large wall from a dozen wall sections, whether simply lined up by themselves or with turrets or corners at the seams.

Good idea. I think I have that, too. Thanks :D

Try a Google search for ' delta wing aircraft 3D model ' and look at the results. You may be able to find something to adapt.

Simon3d has The Black Triangle over at Rendo. You might also want to check for aircraft under the designation Aurora.
