Cease and desist is lawyer talk - cease and desist from calling our client Mr B B Wolf a "predatory villain"

Looks well worth the effort, though! You might want to fix that power line on the left, though. It has a sharp angle in the middle of nowhere that looks wrong, the eye expects a smooth swoop.

...agh, this new content library is a pain. Totally useless for updating your database for the RRRR challenge particularly since it borks the History Manager utility.

why couldn't we just have the old Itemised Order History the way it was? It was so much simpler and elegant to deal with.

The same fucntion is built into DIM. You could just use it for the History and not for DL'ing.

...after dealing with some automated processes doing things I didn't expect or want them to do, just a bit hesitant to use it.

Taozen's History Manager was a nice utility, very simple and "to the point"

...ugh winter has returned, barely made it into the 50s here today. Going to be wet and windy tonight. Listening to the ball game in Seattle, and the announcers said there were snow flurries in one of the northern burbs Temperature at first pitch was 46°

Not expected to start warming up until the middle to late part of next week.

...supposed to be nice in Zagreb though, upper 60s to low 70s though the whole week.

...it may be winter outside but time to get a bit of that summer feeling going with a homemade burger made with cheese and pan fried spuds. Got the burger, got Swiss cheese, got onion, got tomatoes, got onion, got a good BBQ sauce, and a big ol' onion kaiser roll to put it all on.

    ...time for some good eatin'.

The library should lend itself to some advanced screen scraping so maybe there will be a new version?

The store's shopping cart is acting up again.

The error message is similar to:

The maximum quantity allowed for purchase is 1

I forgot the exact wording. I guess I need to add another item for the shopping cart to update.

...one can only hope. On the left side of the preview window there is an alphabetised list off all all the content, but there is no option for a larger page size like e had before and I'm not going to manually slog through 33 pages. Also some people have already have experienced the search engine not pulling up content they know they have, so there are definitely bugs in the works. they have made this more complicated than it needs to be thus forcing people to rely on the DIM.

...and speaking of the DIM, when I tried to fire it up, apparently a typo crept in on the email username which is causing a mismatch error and to make things even more inconvenient, there is no option to correct it. The only solution I can think of is to uninstall and reinstall the bloody thing which is ridiculous.

Taozen's History manager allowed for manual corrections.

    ...bad, bad programming.

...almost eleven bleedin' months and this type of rubbish is still occurring. I am surprised Daz isn't teetering on the brink of insolvency. this whole "update" has been a bust and is making things more and more difficult instead of easier for the customers and community.

Isn't the purpose of an update to offer a better experience for the user? From what I keep hearing and experiencing, this has been going in the opposite direction.

If you are purchasing from your Wishlist, check to see if you are trying to buy 2. Sometimes I get carried away and put the same item on my wishlist 3 or 4 times. Then when I click add to cart from the wishlist, I get the message that you're getting.

You shouldn't be able to add something that is already in there. Did that error in the code creep back in? This is ridiculous! I remember when they did something and suddenly the wishlist had 11 or 22 in the quantity box. If you can only get one, there shouldn't even be a quantity!

I forgot the exact wording. I guess I need to add another item for the shopping cart to update.Add any other Item to your cart. Open your cart and then delete the un-wanted item. This will fix the error.

The library thingy worked for me. Um, why does the install manager want to use a folder with whitespace in the pathname? Kinda defeats the purpose of it being a shared folder.

I don't use the DIM, nor do I want to. However, I'd have to think that it is only reading the zip file. So it would seem there's a folder with a space in it in the zip file. If you want to change it, you might have to edit the files that point to it as well.

I prefer to just use IZArc for my zip files, it's free and it doesn't do strange things with/to your computer.

Kinda blows mind trying to figure out where that might be, you would need some kind of probabilistic rule of thumb *headspin*

...with this Content Library bodge, I have to use the DIM (another bodge as it is still a beta) to get a list of everything so I can dump it into Excel to see if I missed Downloading anything since it borked Taozen's History Manager.

Unfortunately, I cannot use the DIM as the installer is what buggered up my username by substituting an "a" for the "@". I cannot fix it, for when I go to the account tab, the email address (which Daz uses as the username to login), is deactivated and cannot be selected.

    ...sloppy sloppy sloppy.

I would use it if I could figure out a use for it. Use Spotlight to keep track of files and Git for version control. Zip I think PKZip is built in to Mac OS, always used StuffIt for everything else the OS doesn't unarc.

Well, this is new in just the past day or two I think. So if you kept Taozen's History Manager up to date, most everything should be there. I would do a spot compare to the Library thingy, and see if you notice anything that's missing. I did. I found several bundles that were not in the Library, but I definitely have them in the History Manager! They were not cheap bundles, either. V4 Pro Bundle was one of them. You can set it to filter for Bundle. I would check that first.

One nice thing, if you click on a bundle, it shows all the files that came in the bundle. That was a pleasant surprise.
