renduh is taking forevuh. rendering most of the epsilon suit (tee hee). buckets haven't even reached the eudora hair yet, expecting a bottle neck when it does.

playing chess titans, playing at lvl 4 out of 10 and still can't win.

I play "Chess Titans" many times a day. I typically play Level 5 to pass the time and win 99% of the games. I have played only to level 8 and have won 90% of the games. I would probably win 100% of the games up to that level, but the puter speeds my play time up. I seem to be pretty good at the game and no one will play me because of that, so I have to play the puter. I should probably play levels 9 and 10, but it's not the same as playing a person so I move to quickly and I would probably lose half the games, or more.

Excellent! I guess that's what he looks like now? I haven't bought or read them in years. I returned to them back when they were going to kill Superman the first time. I collected for another year or two, then quit again. It got too expensive and took too much space up. I remember when Bizarro Superman looked like a crystalline structure that moved. That was in the 60's.

You don't have to be on the cutting edge. Wait a while and get it cheap. I bought my first version of Poser Pro last year, PP 2010, for only $45 at amazon.com. So I don't have all the latest features. I haven't even had the time to dig into the features everyone considers standard. Well, I did use dynamic cloth on my first render.

I guess if money was not a problem for me, maybe I'd get it, too. *shrug*

The improvements to Firefly, the fitting room, and Bullet physics make it worth the while for me. I'm going to call it a birthday present to myself. :)

..well, if I don't end up spending it on dancing girls and beer.. :red: :red: :red:

The special price is good until Jun 30, so I have a while.

Yeah, the same point of reference for me, too; but I couldn't figure out how to get that white facet look with Genesis. The uniform he wore was a perfect duplicate of Superman's originally (as I recall the duplicator ray made perfect duplicates of inorganic stuff like the uniform but imperfect duplicates of organic stuff like Superman).
I liked the look of the backward "S" which came later, and went with the dry chalky appearance I've seen in more recent versions (the white texture came with Mr. Hyde). The shape is 75% Freak 5, with a little Frankenstein head morph thrown. I always thought that Frankenstein's Monster was an influence on the character.
Thank you, glad you liked it. :)

That skin texture reminds me of Solomon Grundy, one of Batman's old enemies, and Metamorpho the Element Man (remember him?).

I do remember them, yes. Especially Solomon Grundy. I think I have one (comic) with him in it. I saved the ones I got in the 60's. There aren't a lot because I was poor. I think there's one box full of them. The most valuable ones I have are the three Gold Key publications of The Green Hornet (they only made three).

Those were the days...$.12 for a comic, $.25 for some specials, $.50 or $.75 for the big ones. What are they now?

...now this just gets me. Daz keeps going on about wanting to be so "family friendly" (hence no more NVWASIAT pics) and what to I get as an announcement in my inbox and then see as the main banner in the store

    "Cinco de Sexy Mayo.

    ...ummm, excuse me?

They need to follow this up with a "Diez De Sensible Mayo sale.

    is it wifi internet?
does your tablet see it in it's lil list of wireless connections?>
maybe the password is on the wifi router?

the wifi router my neighbor let's me piggyback on has a sticker with the password on the bottom. she gave me the password, so it's not stealing.

i'd cry if they took it away. i found the current NCIS and CASTLE episodes online. now if i could find Bones episodes online too.

online episodes makes me watch commercials. every time i start weakening towards paying for cable tv service, the commercials remind why not to waste money.

T'nite I'm going to check if they have the new Castle available yet. Then i'm gonna try and win Chess Titans. wantz a lil taste of victory.

After the first rush of giddy excitement, I sat down, had some coffee, and thought about it. I'm going to wait, because (llike many, apparently) I've barely scratched the surface of what I have. :blank: :blank:

About the time I need it, they'll ship Poser 2016. :bug:

$200 more for dancing girls and beer!

The lack of nudity because we don't (yet) have content flags so that people can opt out of seeing it (or be opted out, for those under whatever the cut-off age is).
