I think you just described almost all kettles...roundish with a handle. Even kettle weights!

Meanwhile my 12 core Xeon hasn't arrived yet :)

...nuts, I need those lotto numbers to come through for that.

The die shrink to 14nm is almost halving the size of the silicon wafers, intel are on the way to 5 nm wafers, roughly 4 times the amount of transistors compared to the 22 nm in todays packages. How do they get the laser aperture so small?

Is it linear? I would have though a linear reduction would give an approximately square increase - 16 times.

Wafer size relates to power, thinner is less but not exponentially I think (?) forget what I was looking at then

You know, the first time I saw those I asked my trainer what they were, and he said "kettle weights", and I said huuuuuuuh?????

Now when I see them, I realize they DO look like a kettle, without the pour spout. ~ROFL~

...electric juggies? Do they shoot laser beams instead of bullets?

I like to watch films but we don't have netflix here so the only way to get a choice of movies where we are is satellite TV, about ten channels so there is usually something to see...mostly :)

    no, just CryENGINE_PC_v3_3_9_3410_FreeSDK
it did not let me sign in so did forgotten password email then it did
odd as it had saved prev one
editor looks very similar to unreal UDK without all the import options, stuck with using their assets, no export either
prob why I never used it
    forest game looked cool,
oddly could not printscreen or camstudio capture Like I can Unreal UDK

They announced version 4 before Christmas so was curious. Big thing about CE is the landscape functionality, the maps are huge relative to other engines, and dynamic. And the additive thing I guess, the Unreal SDK only lets you substitute/subtract, not create/add.

Oh ETA and you can import an object into Blender and export it to CE with cryBlend http://www.crydev.net/viewtopic.php?f=315&t=89679

ETTA and why isn't the FBX importer working for you. Is called RC.exe, from memory you drop the FBX file onto the icon and it does the convert, there are caveats about hierarchies and UV maps that must be in the range -1 to 1 and other stuff that should be in the Sandbox docs

yes cause you have to purchase through the store. It's free but has to be done through the store
