Yes, see my next post - I was thinking it was a per-figure (or even per-bone) setting, which is why I kept looking in the wrong place for nearly ten minutes.
Soooo letting my ignorance hang out here ..... where do I find Draw Settings? Well I found Draw Settings ..... do I have to do this everytime I want to use the figure? is there a way to save it ?
Draw Settings will stay as you set them until you change them. They are not character specific.
Hey @daventaki I'm back after a few months break- needed to save some money for this PA sale and every time I'm on Daz I was spending...so I got busy spending more time (instead of money) with Stetson at the barn, and with Mom. She's doing great btw- 95 years old and still smiling every day. Anyway, wanted to say I'm enjoying going through our thread here (it's mine and all of yours) to see the showcased products and see what I can scoop up. Thanks for the heads up on Bodacious Bob Hair (got it 81% off at 4.79) and Elvina Outfit (83% off and 3.70) as I've met the daily item and have 8 tokens. So I'm stocking up. Will show my cart from yesterday and today in case anyone wants to scope those out. Any suggestions from all of you on good deals?

Okay so here's some stuff I'm picking up- remember I said I would sit out of Genesis 9 for awhile and wait for prices to go on sale. Perfect time! You can see if any of this appeals to you- I already bought this so if there's problems with any of it, it's already too late as this was my cart before midnight, to trigger 8 more tokens for today. It was 27 items, $669.21 for $80.87 at 88% off. (Keep in mind I've spent about $50 the past four months so I've saved up.) But I forgot to take one thing out of the cart, which ramped up my total, dang it! Since I bought characters the day before, I needed some G9 clothes for this cart.

LOL I'm not getting notices either!
Here's what I have in my cart to look at prices. This would be with 8 tokens and one or more of the daily ones still valid. Some I'm looking at for kit-bashing. One of the low cut sweaters (zipper front) I am looking to put a skin tight top under it.
Hope everyone did well with Hurricane Lee. Pensacola is faring well, but around 7-10 days from now the GFS is showing something either alongside Jacksonville, or in the Gulf. Pinging back and forth. the European model hasn't picked up on it yet. The GFS was the first to pinpoint Idalia though. Still 47% of the season to go! Who's ready for these hot temperatures to settle down?! It was heat index 110-116 for two weeks here, that's why I haven't been online the entire month of July and August much. I was out hosing down horses (most people work, I was helping out.) We brought the horses in by 10am-11am in the morning. HATE climate change. How's everyone else's pets?

Chb Charlotte (G9) Elene Hair (G8/G9) Grunge Fashion Outfit (G9) In Vogue Poses (G9)
Charlotte has a nice range of lip colors, this is the rose. There is one lighter color, nude, which is a natural color. As always, this is the default character, no tweaks to the skin. I do wish the lips had a bit more detail, they're rather smooth compared to realistic lips. I did try it in different lighting, same results. Elene Hair loaded nicely, no issues, and I like the amount of poof at the crown. Nice balance between casual and slightly elegant.
The Grunge Fashion outfit is nice, the top shirt d-forced nicely, the tied one exploded with my default settings, and I didn't mess with it. Also wanted to show you the side/back view- when I d formed simulated the shirt, the upraised sleeve did okay but it did a wonky peak at the back of the shirt. As you can see from my front full view though, that can be hidden with the camera angle.The outfit comes with several different colors and multiple tops.
In Vogue Poses has a nice variety, but as I said, when I tried two of the kneeling, the tied shirt went ka-boom into icycles. When it does that, what setting would you d force pros recommend to change?

Good to hear from you! Yes this PA sale has been rocking!! I have spent way to much but not near as much as I would have without the sale. Cleared out a big chunk of my wishlist. Now I just need to use some of that.
Go Mom! Love to hear this, my Grandmother is 88 years young and I cherish everyday we still have with her. Shes not able to live alone anymore but is still fairly mobile so my uncle is able to take care of her and I go over and help with baths and whatever else she needs.
Yes, it is great to hear that your mom is still doing well. When you disappeared for a few weeks, I was afraid that something happened. I'm glad you were just taking a break and are back now.

Feel SO bad for Cedar Key area, and of course the folks from last year still have a lot of reconstruction to do. Thinking about the folks from the earthquakes and massive flood-can't imagine TWO dams breaking, omg.
I'm jealous you still have your grandma! Mine (the second one) died in 7th grade. I still remember, I was reading Huckleberry Finn to her around the time she passed on. Every time I see that book mentioned, it makes me smile.
I am so glad she is still here, shes the only one left. We had a scare in January and I didn't she was going to make it. I lost my mom last year in May to cancer, so I did alot of praying when Grandmother got so sick.
So glad she got through it and I know your mom would appreciate the time you spend with your grandma. As we lose generations, it's a piece of us leaving with them. All the shared memories is such a bond.
@Daventaki and @Novica, I lost my mother to cancer when I was 27 and she was 59. Three of my grandparents were dead by then (in their 80s), and my last one died when she was in her 90s and with my military service and life choices, we didn't speak since about 1985. My dad died at 80.
From my experience, talk to your older relatives, not only about their lives, but their parents and grandparents and other relatives. Questions about what happened to them, their lives and experiences are so precious to pass onto your children and their children. I only have the stories I can remember I heard as a child and teen from before my military service. And now some of my research is contradicting that history. It can rock your assumptions about who your family really is on both sides.

Yeah, my favorite story Mom told me was when my dad, his brother and sister snuck across the road to "partake" in a neighbor's garden. They ate ONIONS of all things, and needless to say, not only got busted (kinda hard to hide that smell) but my uncle and I think dad both got stomach aches. The other story was when dad went to pick up mom on the first date, his car horn suddenly started going off when he pulled up (talk about timing) and it wouldn't shut off due to wiring. Mom thought he was obnoxious to honk instead of coming to the door- until she realized it wasn't stopping and he was under the hood wiggling wires. I still giggle every time I think about that.
I have adopted the policy of waiting for drastic sales, as I don't render much anymore. I've got a project I'm doing with my son that takes up all my time, I feel I've wasted a lot of money so unless it's 80% or so, I don't buy anymore. I'll show some of the things I've been buying though :)
CHB Scarlett and Expressions (Teen) G9 FE Grassetti Hair (G9) dForce Casualwear Style Outfit (G9) In Vogue Pose #7 Fabric Factory- Realistic Texturing
Scarlett comes with expressions, and the smile wasn't anywhere NEAR what the thumbnail showed- the mouth barely opened. I used Sweet Friends 4B (check out that product, really am liking it.) If you're looking for realistic freckles, Scarlett is it! She's adorable and would be great for Growing Up and as a child.
Grassetti Hair is Seal Brown and goes very well with Scarlett's default brows. I like that hair- it's a cute short one! I made zero adjustments to go with those headphones, wanted to show the default.
The backpack has a good variety of colors, note it is labeled as orange but is more reddish-orange, and does not really match the red of the earphones. You'll have to go to surfaces and tweak.
I didn't like the plastic look of the jacket frankly. I used Fabric Factor 8 Denims and #13 Charcoal, and changed the tile from 3 to 5. Keep an eye on this during this sale- it's a great product. This gives it more of a sweater look, and you can tile even more to blend the fabric. I liked more definition in fabric strokes so kept the tiling fairly low.
Question of the day lol: What product for G8 or G9 has really good jeans- not the stick to the leg / skinny jeans? Those look like they were painted on and look plastered. I like these jeans which are flowy and "gamer" type jeans.

The Bodacious Hair comes with a lot of two tone colors and streaks, for those of you who like to jazz up hair. If you look closely, you'll see a VERY errant strand of hair hanging down on OUR left, as we look at her. I'd erase that in postwork. It looks too out of place, like a very bad haircut.

Came to post a link to AP story that I think every donut lover will appreciate. I found three pairs of jeans, but then D|S crashed. Give me a few.
Well I had found three pants that are baggy but so far I have only been able to simulate two successfully. The third one, https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-crop-top-outfit-for-genesis-9 started with a bare spot on pubes, and then when I used a pose with wide legs and looking back slightly, the back shins were exposed and the two tops I tried both shredded, leaving the left breast and top edge exposed. I even added a smoothing modifier. This maybe my ineptness, so if anyone else can get a good simulation, go for it.

Both poses came from Sweet Friends for G9. I also think this is going to be one of my favorite pose sets. One thing I especially love are the limbs carefully posed to not lay directly on another body part and allowing you to gently drop them down.
