Definitely based on Sandra Oh, Dr. Cristina Yang on "Gray's Anatomy"; the description provided by ABC of her character tracks perfectly with Renapd's description of Grace-Ann (amusingly, though, the real Oh is Korean-Canadian, not Korean-American):

Renapd seems to be the artist who's most into making celebrity morphs for V4 these days. I was able to make a pretty decent Joan Collins (1980's as Alexis in "Dynasty") character from her Marro, for example.
Sandra Oh is the first person that popped in my mind.

Is there a Victoria 4/4.2 character that resembles Polly Walker (Rome, Mr. Selfridge, Caprica, Restoration, etc.)? She has such a striking face (not to mention figure) that it'd be odd if no artist had yet essayed such a project. Actually, I do seem to vaguely remember some V4 characters that have her general facial look, but I can't remember who they're named, and a search of the forums didn't turn up anything.

Well, she's probably based on a V4 or Genesis figure, as the image dates back to at least 2012. So that may help narrow your search. But my guess is that whatever figure they used was customized a lot just for this promotional render, and was not released as a product itself. Since it was a promo image for Reality, perhaps asking them would be better.

I'd look through or watch DarwinsMishap's characters. First, he does great male characters, but second, that facial structure is certainly in his style. I don't think of one in particular but I'm sure there's one that would work either here or at Rendo.

This will show you how close or far off many of these likenesses actually are.

For anyone who's interested, I've kept tinkering with my Christopher Reeve morph for M5 since the last sample image I posted here, and eventually, the comments I was getting suggested that he was ready for at least a beta release, so here he is! Feedback is welcome!

Still working on this character, there are a little bit of errors I working on but almost ready. First one the skin texture is from DT Keisha and the second one is from Silver Carrie Skin Texture.
