I'm taking a wild guess but remember Raw said he had more entaurs coming that may also include a female which if trur he can't say yet as it would obviously confirm there would be an offical female centaur too
Of course they will come out with a centauride set. Like Serene Night said, females are a huge market for Daz. They are not going to pass up selling me another $60+ bundle, on sale. They might pass on a children/fole set, and maybe RawArt does a scorpion or spider monster centaur, and DZFire does a centaur robot, but those are long shots.
BTW RawArt, I really want a Drow Queen spider-goddess centauride drow thing (yup, we consumers are never happy, you give us one gold nugget and we want a gold mine...)
RawArt might make a female, but Centaur 7 is Centaur 7... like Minotaur 6, Reptilian 6. RawArt did Taurette for Minotaur 6, which was not a standalone like Minotaur 6.
It's not like Anneka 7 and Damien 7, if naming has any meaning.
Sure, if it was "Ixion 7, Genesis 3 Male Centaur", then I could believe "Ophelia 7" could be a female centaur.
In general DAZ developers tend to design for females first and then ported to over for male characters to use. So I wouldn't be surprised if the current centaur look was originally designed for lady centaurs initially. I'm sure when she is released she will have tons of fantasy warrior gear.
As far as being feminine, I don't see any reason you can't dial her however you like. The base centaur male is genesis 3 male, and you can dial in whatever you want to the upper body. I would be suprised if you can't do the same for the female version.
I am not optimistic the transition area will be an improvement over genesis 3 male centaur, but you never know. There is a alot more focus and attention to detail on some female products.
I'm pretty blase about the gender, given you can use GenX2 and various stuff to turn a male centaur into a female.
Big question is whether there's a 'mare' morph for the horse bits.
Yes, exactly. There's totally precedent for them NOT making a female version of a Bundle. I mean, it would be cool if they did... I just assume they aren't, since she didn't come out first, and there's no Minotaur Lady bundle.

well a female version would be possible as like Serene said she'd be pretty and like the male version you'd be able to use her as a stanadalone normal character then as well. No female minotaur well reason kinda easy nothing else you could do with her unless her look was more human like to pretty her up and not cow like so limited there except for pas creations so anything that is hybrid female creature has to basicly be pretty exceptions being zombies and vampires and creature creator it's how it is in stories too really female creatures are a combination of beauty that entices their victims but at the same time there's something horrific sickening of some and the victim is torn between revulsion and desire. Where as the males can be horrific most of the time as they'll rush and tear apart their prey the females lure and are cunning seductive, true there are variations of both sexes in the beauty/handsome and horrific departments and some have two faces the luring attractive seductive look to lure their victims then revert to a truly horrifying look when they attack which is what we have in some of demon vampire bundles lately. Mermaids are another example some are pretty others up close look like those fish with the huge black eyes and teeth. Same with harpies and other mythological and other fantasy/sci-fi/horror human creature hybrids. Hoping to see more offical hybrid creatures with the options to have them attractive and make them more horrifying might inspire some interesting aliens too Star Wars and Doctor Who inspired both old and new
Well, there's no mare morph, but there is a gelding morph and that gets rid of the beans, but not the frank.

is Finks meadow and Flowers from Renderosity, are quite low poly and I instanced them all with Ultrascatter but you could manually instance them.

Thought i'd add my thumbs up for a possible "Centauride 7" or whatever it may end up being called.
Tweaking the Centaur 7 to get a Centauride/Centauress was the first thing i did after grabbing the pro bundle.
Any female-C7 will be in my Smart Content listing the first day i see it in the shop. And yes i'd grab a "Pro" bundle if it looks good.
Wow, great render! I did the same thing, adding & removing it from my cart but I did end up getting it after all, as broke as I am, but at least still had my PC coupon to use on it. This is something very different that I didn't have and now I can't wait to play with it!
@th3Digit and @Thom3D how did you guys do that? Make the male invisible and put the female on top of him? Very cool
line up the female to the guy make everything below waist invisible then on centaur with the guy expand all so you can see all his parts in the menu so you can click on each eye icon to make invisible now parent the lady to him not the centaur after that you can use any upper female poses still on her and they look great and she stays connected but with the horse centaur part you have to manually pose try using any of the premade poses and she comes unstuck and you gotta line her up again or if you wanna use the premade centaur poses pose him first then do the parenting of the lady and guy. also the back part of the horse neck that lines with the lower back of the human maybe a gap there but you can hide that with camera angles just like what makes him a boy horse or with clothing

And on v2 Centauress i rendered last night i took the C7 male default and i used the G3 body morphs on him to make his waist/hips to match closely with the G3F body morphs (enlarged her waist depth and hips). I could actually render her with just a bikini top and she is passable, well at the right angle since there is still the issue of ( ; dangle ; ) The other thing of course is that while you can put the poses on the C7 male, it messes with the G3F figure, so i'm keeping them separate for posing sake for now until Daz releases ( ? ) the real deal.

Since I'm sure we'll see centaurides sooner rather than later (and sooner than my bank account can recover, I'm positive), I can wait rather than kitbash a pre-op transgender mythological being.
In the meantime, here is my take on it. Centaurs, aside from some notable exceptions already mentioned, are just wild brutes. Here is the unfortunate Alexi who apparently has met a Mad-Max Australian centaur.

just test preview used my brother and sister in this via facegen think this work for start of a project do some adjustments and some background maybe add something else he's using at moment slightly adjusted pose out of the pro bundle she's using slightly altered one from equine dreams John's body shape based on Aiden and Melissa's think was Bethany started than various other morphs> I was actually trying to create a version like this the other week 2nd pic not very well couldn't quite get right using daz horse2 and lining up John with the neck and making head part of neck invisible then we get Centaur 7 :) :) makes things so much easier I needed this :)

Nice work, but this is still too masculine for my tastes when it comes to a female version.
Here is the one I put together with GF3 a few months back. It works for my purposes, but is a pain to pose/change materials, which is why I would be interested in a female version of the new one. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
