Yup but being the Dazzling Dazes that we are, we will create our own until she becomes available. Just a quick Centauride just to see how difficult it would be. Not a warrior one though, more like a supermodel.
How did you create your centauride? GenX2, Or something else?
Anyway... GenX2 with the G3 Addon makes it easy to give Centaur 7 the female form, but I'm really looking forward to the female version of Centaur 7. Fitting clothing to the horse geograft is hard enough without going cross gender! I spent more than a day making the top to the Chevaleresse Armor fit my centauride, only to watch it all fall apart the moment I tried to pose her. Smoothing caused unexpected issues, too. In th end, I used the vest and armbracers from Dark Whisper. And because Dark Whisper was created for G3M, it fit and moved beautifully with the pose. (Render posted earlier in this thread.)
But... with the relative shortage of great male clothing, (which has improved over the past year+,) it's still difficult to clothe our GenX2 centaurides...
I just used GenX and imported the morphs. The one in the picture is Ana Sofia (https://www.daz3d.com/fw-ana-sofia-hd-for-victoria-7 ) and the top was a simple one, from forrest Fawna (https://www.daz3d.com/forest-fantasy-fawna-for-genesis-3-female-s ) It was late so I didn't try anything to difficult clothing wise but I have Wear Them All so maybe that made the clothing fit easier. But it was only a bikini top so I will see how a more substantial garment fits as well.
I recently put in a trouble ticket because DS keeps crashing when I try to load one of my previously saved centaur projects. The full text of the trouble ticket is below. I'm bringing this up to see if anyone else is having a similar issue.
While this might be hardware specific, it does seem very odd that it only happens if there is a C7 in the saved file. After it happened the first time, I started to recreate my "Sagittarius" project and saved incrementally along the way. Impatience won out, and I tried opening the original file and finally got it open without crashing in the beta. Since then, I tried opening the incremental files, (there are five of them.) So far, I've been able to open the first and second file without a crash. The third file might open, or it might crash DS. The fourth and fifth always crash DS.
If anyone else is having this issue, no matter how infrequently, it would be helpful to open a trouble ticket and share what you can with tech support. And of course, if I'm the only one who is having this issue, than I can look to my computer for the cure.

ETA: It looks like Tech Support found my problem, and it was specific to my computer. However, if you are reading this because you are experiencing the same thing, the apparent solution on my machine was to delete all the files in the dson cache folder. (C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\dson\cache) There will be a data folder and inside the data folder are a lot of other folders. Don't worry, they will be repopulated as you use the various products.

Nice creature creation. Just a thought but you might want to make the body of the horse a little bigger if possible. Great looking Centaur Pegasus.
@carrie58 thanks that's one of the posing morphs for the wings kinda of a swooping down pose I think or flying back backwards up after an attack maybe? Kinda lifting up behind oops just loaded him I was looking at different angle yeah they have rotated backwards funny when setting up they were facing right posing the wing morphs must've rotated them and I didn't notice nice catch
@Silver Dolphin thanks yeah I did try to do that actually got the pro so got the different breed sizes didn't seem to want to do that tried dialing down the humanoid part but was losing much of the morphs I've saved him as a charcter so I can try and work out something hopefully can get the balance right maybe if I add another centaur base make larger parent it and blend the two think he has potential so I'll keep playing around

So I'm wondering, DAZ, if the "Centaur 7 Female Hides and Breeds" animal hide will also work on the male Centaur 7 and vice-versa? They are both "Centaur 7" and the 16 total hides, between the base figures and both "Hides and Breeds" products, include all the hides for the DAZ Horse 2...
For the most part, probably. But with the female centaur we finally have a mare morph for the horse portion, whereas the DAZ Horse2 had only a gelding morph. It might make no difference, it might make some difference in the relevant area.
Love this! I wanted to make a hair/mane like this, with added feathers, but the Daz team weren't interested. maybe I should do one for my store.

probably doubling up on same horse textures but there is enough other goodies in pro to not worry about that too much for me just waiting for store to settle in case of glitches and see if we get another banner bonus for buying centaur 7 pro still getting this pro regardless
No, you're not doubling up on textures. You'll get 8 more DAZ Horse 2 Pro textures modified to work with Centaur 7.

I know this one, and the answer is yes. The male hides and female hides are interchangeable. One preset will apply to either one. On a related note, if you already have my IDG Iray Essentials for the Daz Horse 2 and Centaur 7, the male hides in that set will apply to the female centaur already, and the free update to add the female hides for both centaurs is working its way through the system right now.
Diggin' Centauride 7 (Yes, I know that's not what it's actually called, but I'm sticking with mythological accuracy, lmao) a lot more than I thought I would, haha. Great compliment to Centaur 7, too.
The outfit selection is quite nice, too. Mythos in particular is gorgeous.

Of course I'm getting Centaur 7 female, but she looks weird to me in a dress for some reason.
