Nice light, and the camera is at a good angle except for them not being centered. (If you cropped the left 1/6 of the image, it would make more sense in that regard)
The combination of the features on Girl 8 is pretty.

Really loving all these renders you're making! Beautiful work!
I like that she looks like a new character here. Not quite so recognizable as The Girl, but still a stylized look. I think to make her look less "Girlish" you have to dial it down at least 50%. But she definitely adds to the gene pool. I'm going to experiment with non-Girl skins and a lower dial in to see what interesting characters can be created. Many of us have so many morphs by now, we can really get creative this...

Yes, I recognized that, but also head size of Girl 8 is larger than any of the average Genesis 8 character.
Looks very nice, The Blurst of Times. I have also noticed, that dialing Girl 8 to 50% and mix her with the other morphs, gives interesting characters.
You can always change the head scale with "Head Propagating Scale" I usually shrink the too toony heads by 10% and increase normal heads 10-20%
@ Wonderland Yeah, I rarely use 100% of any dial, including base figures. I do like Girl 8, but I don't like that much of a stylized look, so these blends are what I do.
@ Artini Thanks. I love mix and match figures, personally. This is why I enjoy collecting all the base figures.

Okay... since I didn't buy non-wypipo figures in the Girl 8 launch, I had to go back to Monique & Mika for this one. (I Went overboard a little with the Red light...)

I just had to get the Girl 8, I've been saving and waiting for her for a long time (passed on several of the great pro bundle deals so I could get her). Then she comes out when I'm away and can't use her

A big thank you to everyone for posting all the great renders of her!! I was a bit on the fence, as IMHO the Girl 8 is a bit more of a deviation from previous generations than I was expecting. Her face/head look more like an Aiko character than the Girl (at least to my eyes). But the great renders here helped me to see she really can easily look more like the traditional Girl, and is quite cute when mixed with other figures.
So, I finally got a chance to play, and so I thought I'd share my first Girl 8 render here and say thanks for all the inspiring renders in this thread!!

@ DustRider Ha! That's what I'm talking about. Girl 8 is meant for pinup work. Now I want to buy all sorts of pirate things because the Pirate Outfit is the class of the bundle.

I didn't like my prior shot as much, and so here's a more stripped-down shot in terms of lighting.
In the interest of showing a Girl of color...
50% Girl 8, 50% Alondra for Monique 8 (Skin is Brisen for Mika 8)
I scaled her nose up to 95% with the Nose Size dial because the nose was too small IMO.
The Outfit? Fair Corsair for Genesis 2 F... from the Girl 6 bundle (LOL).
just a quick simple one... Girl is very pretty and adds a nice new shape to the mix.
I like this and the second one, shes' a good mix of morphs!
So finally, a chance to play a bit... here's a couple i did... first is a blend of Girl, Pei, and just tweaking....
And then I was mixing Girl 8 with some Sakura (it was that, or Aiko, Sakura won for the cuteness) with DP Bestie's textures/brows/eyes ... the Sakura bestie morph with Girl 8 really looks adorable IMO :)
@ DisparateDreamer Yes, she looks really good with Sakura! I skipped buying Sakura (I usually don't go for that degree of stylized figure, so the hairs really put me off the bundles). Maybe the next time she's on sale...
The one with Pei is good too, but I'm picky about noses. (LOL) I tend to like to scale the nose up, but everyone has their own opinions about pretty, of course...

So here's a 50% Girl 8, 50% Victoria 8 just to have a blend with the standard.
I had to completely tweak the nose and mouth on this one, unlike the blend with Alondra where it was mostly a size thing.
And this is the Eternal Outfit for G3F, which was in the Girl 7 Pro bundle.

It absolutely cracks me up that you mention that... See I'm an caucasian with a fairly bigish nose, and my husband has a big nose too- think like Ollie. So on one hand, i get the big nose thing. But, the last 10 years I live in Asia, where demographically, the face is smoother/flatter and the nose is smaller, flatter, less prominent. So I've very much gotten used to that balance on a face.... now when I travel back to the US and look around I'm just always noticing how DIFFERENT the face shapes are, the bigger, longer, more pointy noses, the cheeckbones, the jaws. it's quite interesting. :)

Cool :) I've had occasion to be in Asia, Japan most recently. The last time I was in China was 30 years ago, and the country today would be totally unrecognizable to me. There was almost no such thing as car traffic in Beijing. Definitely no Starbucks.
