You are just living in the wrong place and don't have the right friends, although recently they have tried hiding the yachts to save them from being confiscated.

Same development with the big yachts where I live, it's a very rural area with a little fjord type of thing, a thin arm of the Baltic Sea. For decades, there's never been any problem at all finding a mooring, especially not for such a small sailing boat as I have. There's a number of cute little marinas on both sides, all quite friendly and affordable, or you could just ask around for a place at a private pontoon, no problem. But since a few years, it's all been filled up with massive yachts with ridiculously oversized motors from the middle and south of the country whose owners now speed around like idiots in the summer, so that you can't go anywhere near the marinas at the weekends or during holidays for sheer noise levels (which you can't anymore, anyway, because every square inch is packed with caravans now), and you can't get a half foot of space to put a small boat into anymore, not for love or money. I do have a spot, fortunately, but when I wanted to change, I asked five marinas, and none of them even had an open waiting list anymore. It's so insane and really quite maddening for those of us living here. I wonder why everyone in Western Europe seems to be complaining right now about being too poor to pay for heating - well, maybe because they have to pay the mortgage rates for the huge boat and the extra-large caravan ...

I stink! I ran all the way to my bus stop because I misremembered the bus times for Saturday. I was aiming for ten minutes too early.
I'm watching Morbius with the wife, and about ten minutes in, it's among the worst movies I've ever seen. The script should have been thrown in an incinerator along with everyone who wrote it.

I dunno, there was that one scene where the screen fades to black for a few seconds and there was silence... that was nice.

I was going to complain about difficulty resisting the urge to finish eating my breakfast this morning. It isn't the most exciting cereal I have had. I have one medicine that I'm supposed to take before breakfast. Days like this, I find myself eating some of breakfast before taking my medicine.
I don't get somethings. Why can others see that I lost weight while I don't? Sometimes I feel like a buffalo. Not the hairy feeling of a hairy animal.
My internet is being flakey right now. Not sure why or how to fix it.
Complaint; Yesterday my 17 year old Opel wet herself... A huge puddle under the engine compartment when I got back from grocery shopping. Drove to a gas station and filled the cooling system and saw that she wasn't leaking that much, so left the cap at the reservoir loose and drove home, monitoring the temperatures.
By chance, today I had an appointment at the carage to fix the handbrake for the annual inspection and thought they could fix (replace) the 2 inch long piece of 2 inch hose that was leaking, but no... All they could offer was a new appointment on Thursday next week because they would need to order the hose [rolling eyes]...
When we had our dealership some 30+ years ago, there was always leftover stuff around that could be used to jerryrig something if needed.
Had some self-vulkanizing tape at home, wrapped a few layers around the hose and put a clamp on top of it, so far it looks like it's holding, but not going to tighten the lid on the reservoir before I get the hose replaced.
The interactive game of trying to purchase DAZ content.
First, there is a lot of hoops of "have a debut new release in your cart, but not a still new release", etc. Take three widdershims turns, grab the door knob and twist LEFT!
But then, you see a promotion that something is on sale but it doesn't display a discount next to the item, so you put something in your Cart at full price, and the Cart popup shows you that it's in there at full price, but you have to go to the tab in your browser dedicated to the Cart and refresh to see whether or not it remains full price. Well, maybe if I checkout, it will finally apply that coupon code it told me to use to get "Texture Pack Add-On for Spheres of Metal" for only $19.99!
And then finally, you track down the current "There's always another sale thread" because these things get way too long and they keep splitting them into different threads, so when you go to report that SOMETHING isn't working in the sales system, you have to track down all the random URL's and how did you get there and what do the conditions of the sale say, and if you only twisted the doorknob left you could have used that coupon that just expired five minutes ago and those Fast Grabs just went back to full price.
So, my prediction for tomorrow is that DAZ is going to announce they have completely gamified their product sales process and you can now download the "DAZ Store Game" for Android or iOS, where you try to purchase things but they move around so fast you don't know what you got, and the game will have 100 tabs with incredibly long names, and everything will be 90% off at 10x the base price.
I think it's not good to drink too much fluids while using the computer at Barnes and noble. It makes me want to go run use the restroom and hope no one will take my stuff while I'm in the restroom.
So, I watched the big announcement on YouTube! Nice. But, how do I get my freebie for watching? I wasn't logged into YouTube, I can't prove I was watching.
Some people actually guessed what it was about correctly. I wonder if DAZ will give them a special prize?

...well no worries about Daz sale math for the last several days and what will likely y be another broken stack up sale as my replacement bankcard still hasn't arrived. At first it was supposed to arrive on Saturday, then Tuesday and yesterday (which is now a week after I ordered the new card) it still hasn't arrived. The frustrating part was I even opted for express shipping (which is a surcharge) and it should have arrived at the latest, on Saturday instead of the Snail,
The difficult part it is approaching the end of the month which is auto-pay bills are due and those services are billed to the card, not my bank routing number.
Going have to call the bank later in the morning.
Had another not so fun matter to deal with on Wednesday but it's late and I'm tired so off to bed
